The Cheget Guest house is located in the building, and there is also a cafe with the same name (red canopy). The food is very tasty, the prices are adequate, the portions are large! Awesome tangerine juice and homemade compote of tangerines and feijoa! The service is excellent! The girl who serves customers is just a miracle! We highly recommend this cafe! They have a very simple and homey way! Very tasty desserts, I want to try everything, and what we tried - "cold cake" and custard cake - is very tasty! Delicious milkshake! Caesar salad and the dressing is delicious! The soups are good and the pastas are delicious! We ate with them the whole vacation-no adverse reactions or poisoning. Thanks to the staff of the cafe
There is a cafe "Cheget" at the rest house. We went here every day during the holidays. The food is very tasty, dishes of Abkhazian and European cuisines are presented. Separately, I would like to note the caring attitude of the girl administrator.
We were in Sukhum for a week from 06.10.24 to 13.10.24. We ate mainly in this cafe. The dishes that were taken were delicious, the portions were large, the prices were reasonable. If you are in Sukhum, be sure to visit this cafe
The music is playing very loudly from morning until late at night, making it difficult for everyone around to relax. The cafe / hotel is located in a residential area, not in a walking area, you need to have respect for vacationers and people living nearby! I hope the owners will read this message and fix the situation!
We were in August, two families of 4 adults and 4 children. Everything is super, we settled on the second floor, a three-room room with two bedrooms and a huge hall. The children slept in the hall, and the adults in the rooms. Own kitchen, toilet and shower. On the first floor there is a cafe with reasonable prices and very tasty food and wine. The owners are super, they will help, they will tell you, they will feed you, they will give you water.
Rooms on the 3rd floor with a spiral staircase, a bathroom in each room, cleanliness and order.
Respectable owners.
Kitchen, cafe on the 1st floor. The guest house is located in the area of the Campsite, next to the sea, also two stops away is Mocha beach.
They died in July at the Cheget guest house. If we talk about the country as a whole, it should be noted that when going on vacation to Abkhazia, be prepared for a power outage at night and, possibly, during the day, and generators are not available everywhere and not everyone. Do not forget to take cash with you, because cashless payment is not available everywhere, and you will have to run around looking for an ATM. And the locals have everything around the next corner. If you are lucky, then the locals will definitely let you through at the pedestrian crossing and you will not wait out the entire flow of cars. As for the rest in the guest house "Cheget", I would like to note that the rooms were not cleaned once during the entire time that we rested (and we rested for more than 10 days), there was no disinfection, pretty ants resorted to us for breakfast, lunch and dinner, who became almost family members. Beds are generally a special trash, in order to get comfortable, you had to try, but I don't say anything about getting enough sleep. There is no kettle and refrigerator in the rooms, no one really cares how to store food. Food cannot be brought into the room. There was an electric stove in the house, but there was no plug for it, maybe it worked from the remote control? In general, as YOU CAN, so survive. If it weren't for the gorgeous nature, the gentle sun, the warm sea, then the rest would be ruined, but otherwise, everything is fine, believe me. I don't want to evaluate it and I won't, draw your own conclusions.
During our stay in Abkhazia, we felt at home precisely thanks to the hospitable and kind hosts - Aunt Raya and her son Marat. Comfortable rooms, 100 meters to the bus stop, 200 meters to the sea. And how Aunt Raya cooks is beyond words! And all this is thanks to her kind, open heart! After a rest, I want to come back here again and again, as if to my home)
