Amazing and unique menu. The meats used in various dishes are very tasty. The lemonades are also one of the best I had.

It's a beautiful, very authentic and stylish place. The food is excellent. We are traveling with a small child (1.5 years old). I enjoyed the soup and khinkali with cheese. And it turned out to be a big problem to feed him in Georgia.
A very warm-hearted hostess! It was as if he had come to visit his relatives. She recommended the dishes. Everything was served quickly. The vegetable salad was with some local pickled flowers: it was very original and delicious. Khinkali is small, but very tasty and it is more convenient to eat it in this size. Excellent coffee!
In general, it is definitely worth visiting and enjoying the delicious food and friendly atmosphere.

A small restaurant with literally five tables, which is quite difficult to find yourself and which you definitely need to visit. The menu is in Georgian and English, but it's very easy to understand, besides, the head waiter will be happy to help you, explain how to serve what, what you should take more, and which portion is enough for two and choose the right wine. Very tasty food and drinks, which were quickly brought to us. Be sure to try berry lemonade, achma and lobiani!
At the entrance, you are greeted by a sweet and intelligent woman with whom we managed to chat about her son, clients, and recent events, as if we had known each other for at least ten years. They spoke Russian (it turned out to be easier for everyone), so after a polite greeting, you don't have to add "Doo yu speak English?" and don't bother.
While you are sitting and waiting for food, you get the impression that you are either in the apartment of an elderly actress you know, or in a wine cellar. Old tables and chairs, a huge mirror, a large shelf with wine, switches on spindles, brickwork... From the window there is a view of the river and passing cars.
Probably, the restaurant was conceived for "friends" and connoisseurs, but a trip here will make you feel good for the whole day, so do not avoid this place and be sure to visit the guys if you find yourself in Tbilisi. One of the most delicious and cozy places I've ever been to.

Of all the restaurants we visited in the Metekhi area, this one was the most successful. Beautiful surroundings, unobtrusive music. Marie is a very sincere hostess. She helped me choose the dish, i.e. the menu in English and Georgian. We ate very tasty and hearty shkmeruli, chakapuli, salad, homemade lemonade and khvanchkara. And our own pastries - tortillas. I liked. There were few guests at that time. We went in for lunch. We talked with Marie about family and children. She is a very friendly and attentive person. She helped me solve one issue, called me herself and found out everything in Georgian. The price is acceptable. There is a payment by card. If you wish, print the menu in Russian. There are a lot of Russians in Tbilisi. In general, the atmosphere fascinated me. I recommend this place.

We visited here at the end of January 2025. The place is not very big, literally 5 tables like. But the quality of the dishes is beyond praise, of course we tried only a small part, but I suspect that the rest of the dishes are just as delicious. The prices are slightly above average, I think, but to be honest, it's worth it. The staff is also very friendly and speaks excellent Russian. So if you're around, definitely come for dinner, you won't regret it!

A very unusual place with an author's cuisine. We liked all the ordered dishes to taste and the serving is interesting, thanks to the chef for the gastronomic pleasure!
The hall is small and cozy. The manager of the hall copes with the task perfectly, if you are like us for the first time in this institution, they will definitely tell you everything about the menu and help you make a choice.

A cozy place, which is a little difficult to find, introduced the author's interpretation of Georgian cuisine.

A wonderful restaurant with original Georgian cuisine, intimate, atmospheric. A warm, hospitable, sincere hostess of the hall! I liked absolutely everything. Now I have a favorite restaurant in Tbilisi that I want to return to. I definitely recommend it!

The place is really inconspicuous. We need to find a street and a house, and there is a small inscription))) modest, but very cozy and colorful. A wonderful woman who told everything and helped with the choice, in excellent Russian, and not English PLIZ as in many establishments) salad cucumbers tomatoes-it just sounds, but it's delicious trash))) in general, I liked everything. We've been here twice a year apart. Both times, delicious wine, great food. I recommend a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers — here they put johnjoli and barberry in it. Very tasty chashushuli, the broth is excellent. Take the bread to dip it in the broth.
The restaurant is not far from the sulfur baths, but slightly away from the tourist routes, which is probably why it has not yet been included in the selection of the best restaurants in Tbilisi. If you want good traditional food, high—quality meat, no doubt come here.

This place is amazing! The entrance is located in an archway to the courtyard. The restaurant is essentially a small apartment, comfortably and tastefully furnished. The author's cuisine here is simply amazing. Whatever you take, you will get both delicious and unusual (khachapuri with salmon, for example). And half of the general delight is drawn out by the hostess, who speaks excellent Russian and explains and tells in detail about all the dishes, can pick up and advise and just create a spirit of warmth. In general, cutie) I will not advise one thing here, you will be served much better on the spot. However, the place is definitely worth a visit!

The prices are highly inflated. It's like an author's kitchen. 18% service!
Khachipuri for 18 lari the size of a keychain (pictured)
18 +18% is 21.2 GEL for such khachipuri! With an average price for a normal-sized khachipuri of 14-16 lari.
The rest of the dishes are the same, we haven't tried expensive ones.
I took a branded lobio for 18 lari, they said branded with ham and pickles as a result, a dry flatbread with beans with 3 micro slices of ham and the same number of villages eat stupidly beans with bread for 18 lari + 18%.
Anyway, if you are rich, you can go in, but just plain food with a price tag that is 2 times too high

I just read an article about the restaurant "Chef Saradzhev" on madloba.info , and immediately felt the desire to visit this place. Having learned that the restaurant offers Georgian dishes, grilled dishes, as well as options for vegetarians and vegans, I am sure that you can find something to your liking here. A large selection of Georgian wines, beers and cocktails also sounds very attractive. I am glad to hear that the prices here are below average, and the staff is experienced and polite. I plan to visit the Chef Saradzhev restaurant and enjoy the flavors of Georgian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere in the company of my family or friends.

A great restaurant, just a harmony of taste and excellent service. The woman has such a wonderful attitude and excellent Russian that you completely trust her words. The place is bombastic: everyone who comes from Russia and is used to good service, please come here, because there is no service at all in Georgia. The cuisine is beyond praise, everything is sooo delicious!) I managed to talk to the boss: a wonderful man with a rich pedigree history, and most importantly with an amazing worldview! I put 3 out of 5, because the portion size does not match the prices (portions are 2 times less, and prices are 1.5-2 times higher than in the center) + add 18% service fee, although I saw only 10% in central restaurants. The pricing policy in the institution, indicated in Tripadvisor at $ 1, does not correspond to reality, it should be $$-$$$.
According to the surroundings, it is a very nice place. It's like walking into a wine cellar. The establishment has good pastries and good homemade dry red wine. Shurpa, shish kebab are ordinary (the soup could have been made sharper and not so "liquid" - either the meat was cooked a little, or they completely regretted the amount of ingredients).
The service is excellent, they will tell you, they will help you throughout the menu.

I found this place on Yandex.Maps. The entrance is so inconspicuous that I don't even know how you can just get here from the street. There are only 7 tables inside, very quiet and cozy.
There is a HIGH CHAIR, we are in Tbilisi for 3 days, and this is the first institution with a high chair that we met :)) Everything is delicious, but especially Chashushuli (meat stew) and cucumber-tomato salad (tomatoes without skins and bombic sauce)

It's just a magical place! Classic dishes of Georgian cuisine in a modern and stylish interpretation, elegant presentation, new flavors of familiar dishes! A place with a history. Chef Nicholas himself met us, told us everything, there are photos of his ancestors on the walls, and the interior was created from his family's belongings. The restaurant is not open on a regular basis, there are only 5 tables. The perfect place for a romantic evening or a stylish dinner with friends. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed it!

An important place to visit. I was captivated by the taste of the salad and its dressing. I found out about the Kakheti oil that was used to dress the salad. Since then, every time we come to Tbilisi, we definitely stop by for dinner and buy a bottle of butter, which is prepared in a cafe.
