The review will be long, but I hope the management will read and take action, let's start with the pros:
I would personally give 5 stars to the guard. The guys are professionals, they explained everything where to go, why, etc
. 5 stars to customs. They made out quickly, entered the situation, although it was already the end of the day. And now about the main thing - the first floor…
I don't even know how not to swear. I brought the trailer to the customs clearance, I had to leave on a tractor, as he voiced it, I got a phrase in the forehead, these again, write again... am I crazy? Yes, indeed. With 3 windows and 2 drivers working, I was told to wait until we register in front of you, although 3 windows work and register one driver. I will not write what they squeezed out of themselves by the phrase instead of saying where the customs is, etc., as if I borrowed money from them and did not want to give it back, it was at 19:40. While at customs, the staff and the shift supervisor worked quickly and accurately, signed an application for departure - I go down again to the lair of evil (it's necessary to mark the pass, the time is 20:45), and there everyone is already at a low start in the aisle, I slip the application out the window and hear - what is it? I explain what it is and that it is necessary to put a stamp on departure, and in response to me: According to the application and leave, the customs has released you, as you want, and leave.... Well, I think it's the usual procedure, it's okay, and what was the surprise of me and the guard when I drove up to the exit, but he can't let me out without a seal!!!!!
Please disperse this first floor, there is no use from them, they do not know their job, they climb into someone else's work, and they are too lazy to even put a seal, although they knew that they would not be released without it. The documents are carried by security, customs is working with the documents, and a couple of more loyal and friendly people will be enough to issue a notification and put a seal on departure
Good customs, everything is culturally and competently
The work is done correctly and everyone is doing their own thing
They monitor security, not just like everyone else
They call and tell you what to do and where to go
They work quickly
It was stressful. I applied for permission to take samples, I had to wait more than 1 hour, then there was a scandal and only then they gave me the documents with the words we sign during the day. We will not take any more goods there.
Clean , large guest parking , everything is under surveillance , a store and Belarusbank are not far away, it is quite decent , and it is possible to spend time waiting
It was the first time. Like it. The disadvantage is that it is very far to go for documents. It's not thought out. To go to find out, very far away, if the warehouse is closed. The store is near the customs office.
A modern complex, plenty of space, there is a toilet for drivers, everything is clearly organized, but there is a cruel "skating rink" on the streets at the entrance to the VET
The worst place I've been
Customs does anything but work!the inspection was done for 10 days and everyone who did not ask for less than a week did not stand idle here
There are no conditions, no soul, no store nearby, so buy food in advance and for a long time
The territory is clean, there is a toilet, a grocery stall. The staff is polite, we load up without hassle. Customs, if you're lucky, happens quickly, but you can also hang out, but it rather depends on the client. Overall, a good impression. Four stars for the lack of a cafe.
Yes, the usual customs, but it's good that quickly everyone has never really hung out on it, the toilet is only a long way from the far parking lot for the ref to go to the toilet
A convenient place for cars traveling from Europe to Russia. One of the advantages: a large area, drivers do not crowd in line, handing over documents, but give them at the entrance to the ZTC and then calmly relax. Among the disadvantages: there are not enough signs at the entrance to the terminal.
