It's a disgusting place in terms of service. It's not the first time the same thing has happened - half of the dishes that we order are not available, the waiters do not know the menu, and we've been waiting for a sooo long time.
We ordered medium-rare filet mignon with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were not recorded at all. The meat was brought fully cooked, the meat itself is clearly not filet mignon, but some kind of boiled carbonade. I showed it to the waiter, he took it away, then another one came and asked if I wanted it to be redone. She asked how long it would take to prepare, and replied that she would tell the cook personally to do it quickly. After half an hour of waiting, I told them to cancel the dish. I asked for the bill. The bill was not brought, after 15 minutes the converted dish was brought ... in total, it "quickly" lasted 45 minutes.
That's how a beautiful and cozy place in the city center turns into a bottom.

Then they brought everything at once, both the first and the second. What for? The bread for the borscht was dried up like a stone. Perhaps a toast was planned, but gnawing it requires very good teeth. That's it. They forgot about us. No one cleaned the empty plates. The wine was not offered to be repeated. The table was littered with empty dishes. I had to go to the counter to get the bill, they were waiting for at least someone for a very long time. The bill included 10% for the service... What the hell kind of service? To my question: "why 10%, there was no service as such?" the waiter began to be rude and said that, "this is for you", pointing to the empty dishes, someone brought it. In short, the service is below 0. The food is average, there are a lot of alternatives! I don't advise anyone.
