I went to have a snack at this place. There was a girl with a dissatisfied face at the checkout, at my request that what is included in the dish I ordered, she pointed with maximum disdain and anger at the picture on the menu, "they say, guess the boy himself." In general, the food is for 4, the service is for 1 with a minus. If you don't want to spoil your mood, choose another place.

We took khachapuri and Ossetian pie. Yes, everything is fresh, only from the oven - but it tastes like compound feed, bland and not expressive.
Coffee is bitter, only sugar saves.
We will not order anything here a second time.

The food is delicious, there are no questions. But the service is just terrible. The young man took the tray after the meal to the staff, to which he heard chuckles in his back and sent three funny letters:) Thank you, of course, very nice. You can go there yourself with your service, we will never come here again. We have never seen such an attitude from the staff - 0 stars.

It is difficult to call it pilaf, there is not enough meat and the taste is weak. On Komarovka, Tajiks for 8 rubles are much tastier, let them learn. The flatbread is stale.

Первое,что хочется отметить,персонал.Вежливый,открытый. Повар действительно профи своего дела . Особенно хочется выделить хачапури.оно великолепно. Если можно было бы поставить 10 звезд,то это 10/10

I took a complex of beef pilaf and kharcho.
Pilaf is as dry as the sands of the Sahara.
Kharcho doesn't even remotely resemble kharcho, it's some kind of unleavened broth with rice.

Вчера в 14:30 заказал дюрюм (шаурма). Повар положил люля кебаб на мангал и сам куда-то ушел. Эта люля с одной стороны сгорел, развалился а с другой наполовину была готовой, эту же люля кебаб завернул в лаваш и снова положил на мангал и отошел. Этот лаваш сгорел, он попытался почистить, не получилось, заново завернул в новый лаваш и пытался готовить, от люля ничего не осталось, фарш только и горелый лаваш
В итоге потерянных 30 мин времени.
Таких безответственных узбеков впервые вижу!
P.S. С узбеками более двух лет работаю

Постоянно заказывала картофель фри в данном заведении. Поначалу было вкусно, но последние 3 раза это что-то с чем-то: первый раз картофель оказался слишком солёным, второй раз принесли с волосами, третий раз мало того, что ждала 26 минут один картофель, так ещё будто не картофель был, а сухари, есть невозможно, слишком горелое.

Ждали мин 10-25 в итоге мы получили разогретый плов с сухой говядиной и вместо харчо суп с лапшой, которую девушка накладывала руками. Ответ на то, что мы получили другой суп, ответ был мы его поменяли, харчо нет. в итоге мы отказались, а ответ не было даже извинений

Два раз заказывал лагман и плов. Вода с лапшой и дешёвый рис без специй. Так нельзя. Законы рынка должны повлиять на это заведение.
