First of all, I want to ask: do you serve Russians? We came to this teahouse hoping to try delicious pilaf and other dishes, but instead we were completely disappointed. At first, we waited an hour for the menu to arrive. When it finally appeared, it turned out that making an order was a different story. The waiters kept passing by, pretending not to notice when we called them. No one even tried to come up and ask if we were ready to order or if we needed help. In the end, they didn't try anything, and they left hungry and upset. It is a pity that such an attitude towards the guests. I don't recommend this place if you value your time and want proper service.

The staff is polite, the atmosphere is cozy, the food is always fresh and very tasty. I come to Satpayev from Kostanay for work and stop by to eat only at this place, I advise everyone

We sat and waited for an hour and did not wait, there was no pilaf available and we did not try the barbecue. Before that, it was in the summer, the pilaf was very tasty. Disappointed
