A great hotel. Friendly, sociable and courteous staff. Daily room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels. Good repair in the rooms. The room also has a TV, air conditioning, kettle. Light control both near the door and near the bed. Soft, comfortable mattresses. Separately, you can select (who cares) these are the beautiful girls at the reception and the waitresses. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and I have never regretted it.

We held a conference in a large hall. Modern repairs and equipment . A bright room and two screens are super! The staff did well! Lunch and coffee break are wonderful! Thank you very much to the administrator Olga!

A nice and cozy hotel, near the Central Park of Karaganda. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is polite. WiFi is available. The hotel has a sauna and a swimming pool for an additional fee.

Честно заранее было забронировано, приехал и без вопросов заселился, приятные персоналы, отзывчивые, вежливые, главное хочу подчеркнуть оперативные. Апартаменты лучшие, сервис заложен, Я ОЧЕНЬ ДОВОЛЕН! Спасибо гостиница Чайка 👍👍👍
