The Chaika Hotel is clean not only in the rooms, but also in the corridors and in front of the hotel, the staff is trained and knows their business, yes, there are some misunderstandings, but it is very quickly solved. In the rooms, I noticed a cozy feeling as if you are not in a strange place, there is a cafe nearby and especially kebabs are well cooked. Good luck

The location is great, on the shore of Lake Ladoga, there is a private pier, the views are amazing, you can go boating and hiking, it's incredibly beautiful!! Also a tour of the Ladoga skerries!
The cottage is gorgeous, I would say premium class! Stylish renovation, excellent design solution, the bedrooms are spacious and cozy. Everything is clean, brand new! We really liked it! We were in a large cottage for 12 people, a two-storey house, large terraces, gorgeous views, sauna with panoramic window, barbecue area, great service, good breakfasts!! We really liked it!! Let's come back next year! I recommend it!! We had a great rest!! Thank you for everything!!

In general, you can live. But you need to be prepared for the fact that you will not be served breakfast because the cook is tired and took the day off. The junior suite is spacious, the view from the window to the river is good. The furniture is of medium staginess. The elevator is loud. You can hear it well at night. The room rate is on average in the city with all of the above. The manager requires you to leave your ID as a deposit. In the hotel, for me, this requirement sounded a little wild.

A wonderful hotel. I am not afraid to say - the best hotel in Kazakhstan of all the hotels I have stayed in today.
The rooms in the hotel are cozy and clean. The bathrooms are full, shower, toilet, sink, hot water. (There are economy rooms where the bathroom is shared, in the hallway). Each room has a balcony, wi-fi, TV. The junior suites and suites are gorgeous. In the 608 room (suite), there is a Jacuzzi! I'm not talking about apartments at all. It's just a fairy tale.
It is a pleasure to live in this hotel.
And most importantly, breakfast is included in the price! And the menu is different every day.
If you are in Pavlodar, stay at the Chaika hotel, my advice to you!
