We made an appointment in advance. You can park your car in the parking lot. While things were being washed, we sat on a cozy sofa in the lobby. It took 2 hours for 1 car of linen and a large plaid. The blanket was dried in a large drum, it was lucky, it was just released and I did not have to wait.
