Firstly, for a very long time.
Secondly, they spoil things.
I handed over the mat. I waited for more than two weeks, and when I did, I was shocked to see what they had turned my thing into. I hoped in vain that the workers knew what they were doing. Not only did the pile of the rug start to look just awful, but they also broke the corner of the carpet. I thought it would level out with time, but more than a month has passed and nothing has changed. You will need to buy a new one. Thank you so much for your hard work!

It's disgusting. The first time I took my jacket to another dry cleaner, everything was fine, there were no problems, but after this dry cleaning, all the fluff was knocked down, the jacket has an unpleasant smell, a very long wait. The jacket is ruined. For that price, it's a horror.

They gave away a torn pillow , and the whole one was given to the laundry . I checked at home and was shocked by what I saw . The spots are also white all over the pillow. Terrible dry cleaning
