Good hotel with swimming pool and sauna

We were here in January 2025, and the view is really magnificent from almost anywhere in the hotel. Pleasant spa, everything is clean and beautiful in the room. Quite tasty food, homemade Georgian cuisine. Friendly and courteous staff.
But! There is smoking literally everywhere. Near the pool. In the restaurant. On the first floor. People are not at all embarrassed that they are indoors, and they can cause discomfort to others. They're just too lazy to go outside in winter. The administration / staff does not react to this, although according to the rules, such guests should be fined. Because of that cigarette stink everywhere, the experience was ruined. Maybe we'll come a second time.

There was a difficulty with the language, because young waiters do not immediately understand )But any Internet translator can help you, and this is a small thing. Russiko is the owner of the chateau, her husband and the whole family will do everything for your comfort. Just contact and ask, please. Dmitry is at the reception - speaks Russian and English perfectly and is very open to answers. Beautiful nature, food. 100% recommended!!!
