Oh my God! I also suffered from these scammers! I used their services three times and they fooled me three times. I fell for their reasonable prices as notary services, but as soon as I had to pay for the certificates of probate and lease, my eyes popped out! I was billed illegally under the guise of an invented soap from 3% to 8%! And as for the contracts, they took the unpaid 8% of the total amount of the lease agreement.For example, if you rent a room with a payment of $ 1,000 for 1 month, and the contract is concluded for 3 years, then they will multiply this thousand by 36 months and force you to pay them 3% of these 36,000 dollars! In addition, they were forced to pay a fictitious 3% of the total valuation of the rented premises and equipment! On the third service, I caught them on a burning one, because I read on the Internet that in my cases we are not paid at all! I called the police on them. However, they still did not give back my stolen money, although the police opened a criminal case against them. Obviously, they also bought the police! I warn all people against these scams! Don't go to them!
