A very dishonest and unscrupulous notary, I skip the nuances-it was just a nightmare, during the transaction, financial monitoring was imposed on the seller and buyer 1700 UAH (1 questionnaire from each), which both sides have the right to refuse. 3400 UAH. the result- went into the pocket of the notary, not the state.
