I did an MRI on 08.01.2025. I had an MRI. My results were given to me in a CD disc (Is anyone using a cd disc in 2025?). My doctor at the other hospital couldn't open the results from the disk. After calling the hospital, I asked for the MRI results to be added to ENABIZ. I was told to check back in 15 minutes. it's been 6 hours and we're still being told that everything will be added in 15 minutes. We also waited 6 hours for a report yesterday instead of 2. Employees can't even receive the mail correctly and send the results. I bought all this for 2400₺. Thank you, Tinaztepe Hospital. I hope your service will improve.
