The craftsmen are good, but prices are rising by leaps and bounds. During the year, the haircut increased from 120 rubles to 180 rubles. Nothing in the cabin has changed in the last 10 years, although it is possible to update the interior, utilities - water increased only in September, but I would like to know what caused the price of 180 rubles.?
