We were at the Charmillion Club Aqua Park hotel at the end of October 24, in general, I recommend the hotel. The hotel grounds are large, clean, and well cleaned. The water park is wonderful for everyone, both young and adults. There are many bars with drinks. It is more difficult with food, even with snacks, there are almost none. There is a lot of food in the main restaurant, but it is not familiar to taste. We liked sweets and pastries, there are a lot of them, a lot of delicious ripe ones!(which is rare) fruits and you can take it with you for a snack, no one will stop you. We couldn't get used to food like that. Meat is offered for lunch and dinner enough, but it is not delicious.
The whole vacation is on the fish)) there was a lot of it, different, shrimp, crabs, everything.
The sea is good, we always got on the bus, it's close to go, the beach is just huge, you can choose several zones with different bars and pools nearby, there are also enough toilets. Shallow entry into the sea in aquasocks, there are a lot of fish on it, it is easy for children to look at. There is a nice, big reef from the pontoon. We were on an excursion to Ras Mohammed on several popular reefs, the hotel also has a reef no worse. The winds were rare, the pontoon was working.
The hotel is multinational, everyone knows Russian, they try to fulfill requests. Wonderful guides at the Marina Hotel! and from Anex Galal! We are very grateful to them!
Check-in is mainly from 14, they didn't even check in before for a fee. The rooms were changed to quiet ones at the request, in a new building. Everything was fine with us, the rooms are large, everything you need is there, for a dollar cleaning will be more often than required)) bottled water is enough, bottles can be taken everywhere as needed. But this did not save you from the disorder, take medicines, a different climate. The weather was always perfect, not hot or cold. The sea is quite warm. We've seen enough fish and reefs. We recommend an excursion to the reserve, preferably an individual one, and bargain with everyone, in the hotel the prices in the store are lower than in the tourist markets.

We come to this hotel with our family for the second year in a row. The hotel is very comfortable, cleaning is done every day, the staff is very responsive and friendly. The food is delicious, even the most fastidious child, like my daughter, will find something delicious for herself. There is a lot of entertainment, also for children, every day you can do sports, yoga, stretching, dancing. A big good water park. Friendly, cheerful atmosphere, thanks to a close-knit team of animators. Special thanks to the guys, they made it bright, almost every day for our whole family, and the rest of the guests! Every day they arrange interesting shows in the amphitheater. A full range of services on excursions, relatively inexpensive. In general, a great vacation for the whole family on any budget.

awesome hotel, it was my first stay in charm — and I'm thrilled! animation is especially cool, I'm not like a child anymore (I'm 15), but I just couldn't live a day if I didn't get to hang out with animators, I'm not very sociable with strangers, but these people are special.
they charge, they have a special vibe of this holiday. respect to your favorite animators. children and EVEN ADULTS did not get away from them. in the morning, one of them does a little warm-up in a quiet place of five people, and in the afternoon there are more and more people; they throw darts and do aqua aerobics in a pool with ARTIFICIAL WAVES, CARL! they are literally real in the pool, and if anything, a lifeguard is watching you)) and also, in the afternoon there were dances of various ethnic cultures with invited dancers. our animator friends dragged us to everything about everything, so I advise you to be friends with them and not quarrel))) IN the EVENING there were mini disco dances for children on stage with the presenters of course. and THEN A SHOW FOR ADULTS (children are also allowed, just humor is designed for another audience) if you are an adult and they like you, you can be chosen by the hosts of the show, from the audience, to participate in the evening program.
The food is also imba, seafood; crabs, swordfish, shrimp and wonderful themed restaurants. but the queues are really long (especially on sea days, many locals come. but the food is worth it. plus water parks with fun lifeguards. These guys are just something that only a couple of stories with them are worth. most of the staff seem to know Russian, but English is also needed naturally.
More about water parks: slides, fire, everything. slides last for different categories conditionally — those that require at least two people (a toilet and a large white slide). there are also those that can be used together (double cheesecake), and one on a single cheesecake — (blue open, closed to the right of the toilet — slides).
the funniest and craziest are the toilet and the scariest slide for two (white) She's really cool.
there are also slides that you can go to with a paralon slide mat, that is, only for one and without a cheesecake.
there are three lower slides just for mats, although low, but also scary; one of them is multicolored (for three at the same time) and green-orange.
specifically, in this hotel you need to plan your daily routine (as in all hotels of the second coastline), we always did not have time for volleyball at our hotel since it started at about five in the evening ... and of course we went to the sea every day after lunch. and it closes at 18:00, so the buses pick up the last pack of people at 17:30 and don't carry anyone else.
One day, we had to take a taxi to our hotel for about $5 because we didn't have time to catch the bus🥲
also, if you are traveling with a tour operator, you are provided with a guide who will tell you all about fun excursions, all the problems, especially with changing the currency (there are very few exchangers in Egypt, immediately take a bunch of dollars with you in stock) and accordingly, like all normal people, we took a ride on a yacht with a seabed, a banana, parachuted and went diving. It was all in one day, and overall, it was good for the price. Of course, the diving was amateur, but the cook on that ship obviously knew more about life than we did, because he cooked like a god.
the sea in charm is unimaginable. bright blue, salty, coral, colorful fish there, and you can't see the bottom!
there are 2 large bars on site with snacks in the form of French fries and something else. alcohol is always poured and even a cocktail is made. cola and sprite and fanta, everything is always there. even ice drinks with flavors like in Moscow cinemas.
there is a spa and a gym on site, but we haven't tried the spa, I can't say anything about it.
this vacation was really worth it, since there are no disadvantages except for the coastline itself. prices = quality and even better, there is no limit to emotions — a bunch of pools, a huge water park, a mini amphitheater across the bridge for animations. The animators are wonderful people, and most of them are Russian speakers. Oh yes—the DJ is cool there too, he's a cannon.

The territory is beautiful, clean, but small, the slides and the pool are good, but the water in them is a little cooler than we would like (only the children's pool is heated). All pools close at 16:30. The food is generally fine, but the food is all over-salted, soups are impossible to eat, meat is also over-salted, there are fish, seafood (crabs, some shrimp, squid), persimmon fruits (unripe), bananas, melon, unripe oranges in the assortment. Beef and chicken are made from meat. It takes 7 minutes to get to the beach by bus, departs every hour, but there is no Wi-Fi on the beach, it is windy in November, of the 5 days that we rest here, the sea "does not work" because of the waves for 4 days, you can swim only in shallow water, where the depth is maximum waist-deep, and in most cases the knee. There are a lot of beautiful fish. They bring them by bus to the hotel of the same company, but they are not allowed to use the pool there (well, okay). The main disappointment is the screaming music until the beginning of 12 at night, which makes it impossible to sleep. The hotel is family-run, there are many small children resting here, we were settled next to the dining room, and parties are held at the dining room every evening. Extremely inappropriate. This is not a nightclub, people have come here to relax, and not to lie and get angry thinking about when it will all end. At the reception they saw that the baby and I knew that the parties would be under the windows - and they didn't care how we slept! The neighbors also have 3 small children. In addition, room cleaning leaves much to be desired- the floors were not washed before our check-in, there is a layer of dust under the bed for months - probably in a 4 * hotel they could still wash the floor. There are a lot of small joints. For those who are going to go in the fall, take mosquito repellents with you - we were all bitten. We will definitely not come here again. They gave 225 thousand rubles for vouchers with departure from Nizhny Novgorod for a week (a child under 2 years old is free of charge).

I had a rest with my family from December 3 to December 10. There were five of us, my wife and I, two little girls and my husband. To be honest, the family was abroad for the first time, before that I was on my own in Budda, at that time there was a Cool 5-plus youth hotel.
I liked the water park first of all, the food, pleasant animators, two girls were from Odessa (we are from Rostov-on-Don) pleasant on the positive side. There was a shuttle service every hour to the sea. The entrance to the sea is shallow, for the children and my wife it's the best (who can't swim) . But from the pier, about 50 meters away, there is a coral reef with fish where you can swim (you need to buy a good mask in advance) beauty. In the end, it's about the hotel, it's for families with children, not for dating. The most important thing, in my opinion, is that the children love something, for example, my boyfriend loved the coral reef and the sea, and the girls loved the water park. My boyfriend and I managed to be at the sea and the water park, and the girls went to the sea once and said we only needed a water park. Yes, I also want to advise you to go to Cairo to see the pyramids, it's hard, but the children are happy and you will understand for yourself what the pyramids and Cairo are, they are different things. Yes, there was a minus in the hotel, these are mosquitoes, we arrived at 19:30, had dinner and went to bed on the way, Mosquitoes were bitten.We went to the reception the next day and complained, they came to us and processed the room, and it happened a couple of times. Conclusion, it was necessary to take a fumigator and everything will be OK. They left bitten, but satisfied. A cool family hotel with a water park.

Territory: well maintained, lots of greenery, nice to be in.
Infrastructure: sauna and steam room are paid, I think this is unacceptable, the price tag for massage is clearly overstated. The gym is not bad.
Food: That's what spoils everything! Breakfasts are even more or less. But lunches and dinners are just tin! Soups are impossible to eat, salads are one solid oil or mayonnaise, meat is a horror- burnt shish kebab, or fatty and deep-fried, lula and minced meat have a strange smell, chicken is mixed with something. The food is a complete incomprehensible mess, honestly it's terrible. The squid is stuffed with some kind of garbage. There was not enough normal lumpy meat and fish. Everything is either fried or marinated in some kind of shit. Rice can only be eaten and cabbage without dressing. Sweet is generally tasteless, I have never seen this anywhere.... Ice cream doesn't even taste like ice cream, juices are a separate song - sugar floats at the bottom of the cup with clothes. It's a shame honestly. The Arabs have fresh food on the tables, the rest are probably not supposed to. Food: cheap, low-quality products seasoned with sauces to blur the eye. And drinks too, I mean juices. We took white wine twice, it's more or less good, but the glasses are dirty.
The sea: this is also one of the fat cons, the beach is really very far away, the sea is restless in December, I do not recommend Nabq Bay in December. It is the northernmost.
The rest turned out to be so for two reasons: the food sucks for pigs and the sea, well, this is already subjective: there is a lot of noise from children.

we were in this hotel from 24.10.23 to 01.11.23 with a family. two adults and two children aged 17 and 10. I really liked the hotel. it is very good that there is a water park (the children were delighted). the attitude of the staff is very friendly. the food is delicious.the family room is excellent 60-62m2 with 2 rooms, 2 TVs. the plumbing worked well. the bus goes to the sea, although according to the schedule, but if there are a lot of people, then it makes additional flights. the beauty of the sea is a separate topic. the child left with tears in his eyes. a week has passed, and he still remembers how great it was at this hotel.

Our best vacation in recent years. A large, beautiful territory, delicious and varied food. The rooms are a little tired, but clean. No problems with the staff. The animation was very so-so, but this was fully compensated by the presence of a water park. The pool is clean, large, multi-level. There are lifeguards near the children's pools. The territory is smaller than in other Charmillons, but for us it was even a plus - the children never got lost. To go to the sea, the bus is once an hour. If desired, you can walk (about 15 minutes, probably), but on the highway.

There is a good gym on site. The hotel is not on the first line, but a small bus often goes to the sea. The 5-star hotel is all inclusive, 3 meals a day, a buffet you can choose food for every taste, there was only ice cream, this is a minus, there are a lot of children in the hotel. The food is delicious, especially a lot of options for green salads and vegetables.
The only negative is the bus to the sea.

We stayed at this hotel from 02/19 to 02/26/2025. Number 6129
Check-in and room. The reception is slow, we stopped by after 3 p.m., we waited 40 minutes anyway. They gave me a WI-FI password, a room with a view of the road, the construction site, and the edge of the sea. This free WiFi connection throughout the hotel is not bad enough. The room is large and bright, with two beds and an extra sofa with linens. There are plenty of cabinets. The tea corner was replenished with sugar, coffee, tea, kettle, water, shampoo, gel every day. Towels were changed every time during cleaning. The TV catches 4 Russian channels. The air conditioner worked fine for heat and cold. The way to the room from the reception is about 5-6 minutes, this is building 6.
Meal. The food is excellent, very diverse, fish, seafood, shrimp, crabs, squid, beef, chicken. Pastries in the morning, desserts in the afternoon and evening. Side dishes and salads are plentiful.
Drinks. Cola, sprite, fanta, and juice water are very good, rich, and delicious. The beer in this hotel is decent. The local alcohol is rum, whiskey and wine for the amateur. They make a lot of different cocktails. Snack bar fries, burgers, hot dogs, sauces, there is delicious ice cream.
Animation. Children's and adult. For those who love quite well, a minidiscoe, a children's room.
Water park. An adult for children from 8-9 years old, on cheesecakes and a children's area (excellent, there are fountains, 10 slides, a bucket, splashes, mills) - they let everyone in everywhere. Heated pools near the slides. The river is cold for boating. And the wave pool wasn't working, it was icy cold. There was also a heated swimming pool for children and adults, and a separate pool for toddlers. What struck me was the huge number of rescuers, they are sitting, watching the food every 5 meters. You can actually leave your child to play without personal accompaniment, it's convenient.
Sun beds. There are a lot of them in the hotel, there is a problem of sunbathing towels, but in principle there are a lot of places. The mattresses are soft and thick, the wooden beds on wheels are wide, and the mushrooms are wooden.
The location of the hotel. Lowered the star for the third location line. There is a construction site, roads and sand all around. It's not a quick walk to the beach.
