Lack of qualified personnel. Starting with the car acceptance managers and ending with the repair shop foremen. It's a depressingly sad picture. Mostly young guys with no experience work. The line composition changes periodically.

The service is lame. I waited 2 months to get the geometry done. On December 23, 2024, they promised to call back from the service, and they didn't call back until January 12, although the manager answers me every week that they will call back from the service tomorrow.
