The advantages of the hotel are the location, friendly staff, bike rental at the hotel, good cuisine at the hotel restaurant and the breakfasts were quite tasty, the room's exit to the beautiful inner territory.
Minus the sockets are all loose, cosmetic repairs are already required inside. The safe in room 312 is broken, it took at least 10 minutes to open and close it. The worst thing is the air conditioner, which was set to one mode, there was a constant cold air flow, nothing worked from the remote control, it was very cold during the rainy season and all clothes were wet.
Despite these two disadvantages, it didn't hurt to have a good rest, so I don't want to take off the star. Before buying, I already read about such factors that the hotel is outdated, but most importantly, its own atmosphere.
If you want luxury conditions, then you definitely don't want to go to Bali and this hotel😉
if you are flying to Bali, and not for a luxurious room with golden toilets, then the hotel will suit you, although there are such hotels in Ubud.... A budget hotel, provides a transfer from the airport at an average taxi price, was met at the airport with a sign, the driver was constantly in touch during the waiting period while we filled out all the questionnaires, etc. It is located 9 km from Ngurah Rai International Airport.
The rooms have a sea view, only the edge of the sea is visible for the greenery, so you should not overpay for a sea view. The territory is compact, cozy, the yard is surrounded by greenery, 2 swimming pools. There are grocery stores nearby (there are 24-hour ones), clothes, souvenirs, you can buy a SIM card (you will need a passport). The hotel has a restaurant, we booked a room with breakfast, you can safely book with dinners, the prices in the restaurant are the same as in cafes / restaurants near the hotel, pool bar, billiard table.
For breakfast, buns, jams, Wok are prepared for you, 2 soups to choose from, vegetables, fruits, scrambled eggs, omelet, juices, tea, coffee, cereals, 2-3 hot meat dishes, there is plenty to choose from, everything is delicious. In the evening, musicians are invited, a light animation version)))
Our room was on the 4th floor, there are 2 elevators. The rooms are large and spacious, the bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, there is a balcony with a table and chairs, I took a rope and clothespins with me, I tried to dry my swimsuit on a chair on the balcony - because of the different humidity, things do not dry in the shade, on a rope in the sun - in 5 minutes. One of the disadvantages was the smell of dampness after lunch, we bought aroma sticks, which completely saved the situation. There is no hair dryer in the room, you can ask at the reception - they will bring it to the room or take your own. A large comfortable bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, TV (they didn't even turn it on - I can't tell you what channels there are).
the room has a mini fridge, kettle, coffee, sugar, tea and water are brought every day. Shampoo, shower gel, soap. Hot/cold water was running without interruptions. The bed linen is clean, the cleaning is 3+, if you ask, the cleaning is excellent. Let me remind you that Bali is an island with 3 active volcanoes and daily earthquakes of 2-4 points are the norm. After the +/- 4 earthquake, the staff ran through all the floors and asked if everything was in order in each room. There is WiFi throughout the property, and the room is also equipped.
There are a lot of Canadians and Europeans in the hotel, they forget that they teach English in Russia at school... The staff is friendly and speaks only English.
The beach is urban, there is no dedicated area on the beach from the hotel.
If you haven't written about something, ask questions, and I'll be happy to answer.
A very beautiful hotel. I liked it, the hotel has a very large number of Australians. 2 swimming pools. A very good restaurant. There is an Indian restaurant next to the hotel, go there. The portions are huge and delicious.
Not perfect. But the best price-quality ratio. It is large in area, with a courtyard, where there is a pool and a jungle, friendly staff. Not far from the sea.
A hotel for retirees from Australia . Once it was normal, now it's a hostel. Do not take breakfast and food in general from them - it is bad and expensive .
A great hotel for its 3 stars. The only negative is the smell in the room! Apparently the sewer!! We couldn't get used to it! The food is excellent! Room service is provided daily! The location is perfect.

Not a bad three. They clean every day, the staff is friendly. Kitchen for 5+!After calling the reception with any problem, they arrive in 10-15 minutes. There are many inexpensive warungs and souvenir shops nearby. the ocean is 7 minutes away on foot.
