The hall is small, but clean and well equipped. There are usually not many people, most likely due to the fact that the price is high (compared to most halls).
The only, but quite noticeable disadvantage is that they can start to kick out of the hall quite early. Officially, the hall is open until 23:00 on weekdays and until 22:00 on weekends, but they can ask you to leave an hour earlier. There were cases (before and during the holidays) that they asked to finish earlier by 2 hours.

An excellent small gym that provides all the necessary minimum of first-class quality exercise equipment. It is designed more for self-study in the part of the gym. There are also rooms for group martial arts classes and separately for fitness. One of the advantages is the provision of towels from the hall for each lesson and the opportunity to drink water from the cooler, which eliminates the need to bring water with you every time. The only noticeable disadvantage is the small locker room, which creates discomfort if more than 4 people change clothes at the same time.

I was super pleasantly surprised by this gym.
+ everything is new, clean, shining, as if it opened yesterday, even the ez vultures shine with chrome
+ excellent TechnoGym equipment (including treadmills), everything you need to eat
+ this is the first time I've ever met, coach Shokhrukh is a great fellow, creates movement and mood in the whole hall, special thanks to him
+ at the entrance they give 2 branded new towels, so their own was not even useful.
The price of a one-time visit is 100k, in my opinion it is quite democratic. My unequivocal recommendation.
