I had dinner at Navat today. I ordered chuchwara and Tashkent tea. The waiter was Bolat. I really liked that Bolat, having brought Tashkent tea, poured it into a glass several times and poured it back into the kettle to make it brew better. Navat is also one of the few restaurants that compliments all guests: fermented milk drink shalap and sweets in the form of nabat and sugar.
