A great place for both business trips and vacations. The price/quality is simply top-notch. I spent 3 nights in this apartment hotel. I liked everything. The rooms are stylish, large, and well renovated. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Breakfast is not Turkey, of course, but if you do not come at the end, then it is a very good choice. What I particularly liked was the access to the Health Center, where there is a cool 20-meter swimming pool, a Finnish sauna and a Turkish hammam. Relax in the evening is the best thing. If I come to Atyrau next time, I will definitely stay in Chagala!

Nice hotel. All conditions are available for a short stay, and this is the most important thing. I often stay there for work. The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is adequate and polite. The food is fresh and delicious. The location is also good. There are various cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. The only caveat is that sometimes in the morning cleaners can break into your room without warning or knocking. Apparently, they do not specify at the reception who has already moved out and who is still in the room. I was sitting on the toilet one morning, and the cleaners broke into my room and opened it with their key. Then, apparently, they noticed my things in the room and quickly retreated. It's a small thing, but the sediment remains.

Good old Chagall.
Cozy, comfortable. The entire infrastructure is within walking distance. Near the Ural river. Beach. Cafes and restaurants. Security around the clock. On-site parking.
