At lunchtime, it is better to avoid this place, at most go for coffee. It will definitely not be possible to eat tasty and fast.
1) The waiting time was specified in advance (stated up to 15 minutes), in fact more than half an hour.
2) The refrigerator is not just tasteless, it is not. The taste of tinted water. What was immediately said to the girl who accepted and took out the order. She said that maybe you just didn't salt it.
Bringing a dish to taste - in this case, a little water - is the responsibility of the cook, not the guests. And even if there wasn't enough salt, it wasn't on the table or on the counter with tubes and napkins. Apparently we should have brought it with us.
3) Mashed potatoes with lumps and with dry schnitzel. In principle, it turned out to be tasteless, but it was eaten quickly, because I was left with no other option with such a waiting time.
4) The sandwich that I asked to take with me at the very beginning was promised to be grilled at the end of this meal. But they handed it over, justifying all this with a lack of time. Literally: "I'm sorry, I have a lot of people here."
I am not surprised by the number of negative reviews, a place I will never return to. If your staff can not cope with the flow, then it is worth thinking about the need to bring several people to the hall. As well as work on the service and the ability to resolve conflict situations.
Going back to this unfortunate refrigerator, only part of the money was refunded to us because we tried it. Well, at least that's something thanks

I went to lunch for coffee, the interior is nice, cozy in the coffee shop. But that's where all the advantages ended, the waitress girls with unhappy faces. I took a cappuccino, so hot that it is impossible to pick it up, it tastes terribly bitter. I decided to add cinnamon, which turned out to have a taste of dampness. Coffee and money in the trash.

The kind of staff is also unclear, who is behind the bar, no uniform, no badge, a girl on the phone who does not pay attention to you.

I went in for coffee at lunch. I ordered a match and ice cream waffles. There are no questions about the match, but waffles are terrible. Hard, the knife does not cut, cold. Although I asked the waiter if they cook themselves or not. They answered, yes, but in fact it was terrible. It's like the waffles have been lying around for a week. Disgusting. Initially, everything was beautiful in the photo before I tried to eat everything.
