I went from 12.10.2024 to 26.10.2024. For seven days he was ill with an incomprehensible illness. The doctor could not voice the diagnosis. Everyone was sick at the hotel. Maybe that's why there was a smell of liquid stool all over the hotel. The essence of the disease: you can't eat at all, you immediately feel sick, you can't walk because you don't have the strength, rinses every five minutes, out of your mouth and out of your ass at the same time. To be honest, I thought I was going to die. They brought me to the hospital, there are a hundred times more of the same patients there. Doctors do not inspire confidence. In my opinion, there is some kind of epidemic, but no one cares. Money is wasted. There is nowhere to sit in the dining room in the evening. In my opinion, this is the worst hotel I've been to.

Of course, there are advantages: the territory is large and green, a large coastline, beautiful weather, the sea. That's where the advantages end. In 10 days, they never gave me MEAT. The child ate pancakes for breakfast, lunch and dinner only pasta, there was nothing else to eat. There is one bed, sofa and COT in the room for 3 adults + 1 child. (The age of children is 8, 17 years old) for a minute I paid the full price for the ticket for three, but I have to sleep for an additional one. the place . To my indignation at how to sleep on a cot, they replied: be patient, YOU DIDN'T ALWAYS COME. Cleaning without mopping the floors. There is a kettle and disposable glasses in the room, I asked to bring cups, they said it was not allowed.)) there is no animation from the word at all. I liked the whole hotel. The kids' club is great, attractions, a pool for small children. Free ice cream, there was even a 24-hour restaurant.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel. Mixed impressions. The check-in was quick, as we arrived in the evening. We live in Villa Family. The room is large. On the balcony, the dryer is tiny, made of 4 sticks of 40 cm each. There is one towel rack in the bathroom. There is a catastrophic lack of extras. hooks for clothes (not all people, having arrived for a family vacation, go and get out of the shower naked). There is no cleaning in the room.
In general, everything is fine with nutrition. It's not very pleasant when the plate from which you eat the salad, so as not to mix everything into one and which is standing next to it, is grabbed by the waiter with the question Finish? Also, the tables are not wiped very well and the place mats are simply turned over to the other side, and the crumbs from the table are swept to the floor. And then, when you're eating, another one comes up to the table and sweeps it out from under your feet with a broom.
I will not write about sun beds and canopies. They run for about 6 hours in the morning. The sea is very large Pebbles, almost stones. But they say it caused so many stones over the winter. They promised to clean it, but it's already the end of June, no one is cleaning anything. And so the sea is shallow, the bottom, if you sail away, is sand.

There are pebbles on the shore, but there are not many of them. There are enough beds, they were even able to occupy not deck chairs, but like tents, bungalows, xs, what to call it, a sunbed with a canopy. And yes, there is a beach with a bungalow, behind the children's club it costs 30 euros from 8.00 to 18.00, like, well, I don't know, almost all of this is on the main beach, but you can see, take pictures and buy.

От аэропорта 30 км. Отель и территория ухоженные.ЕДА- супер . Очень вкусно и разнообразно. В Турции была 6 раз. Этот отель лучший ПО ЦЕНЕ И КАЧЕСТВУ. А как поют соловьи! У нас был 19 бунгало. Номер 1912 хороший, после ремонта. Один минус- дискотека до 1ночи рядом. Если вы без детей, то подойдет. Кстати, выложила фото план отеля. Неудобные бунгало( на мой взгляд) зачеркнула. По схеме сможете понять, что лучше .
Уборка номера хорошая. Если интересно сколько норма ЧАЕВЫХ? Ответ: 20-40 лир. Море в первых числах июня было теплое. Погода была разная. После 4 июня появились комары. Они не жужжат. Берите с собой фумигатор и спрей. Или купите здесь. В магазинах отеля все дороговато, Кроме магазина сладостей . Очень очень вкусный лукум продаётся в отеле. И цена норм. Советую! Гид был в отеле каждый день, Раймон. Вежливо отвечал на все вопросы.
Кстати, удобные шезлонги и шале на море. Но шале в 7 утра все заняты. Шезлонги свободны. Рядом с морем бар, где разнообразное мороженое, клубника, шаурма, пицца. Ресепшен русскоговорящий. Анимация вечерняя средняя для отеля 5*. Шоу Турецкая ночь разочаровала.
Ездили от отеля на экскурсию Тазы каньон. Виды потрясающие. У глав .входа отеля остановка, она конечная. Идет автобус раз в 30 мин , автобус номер 28 до Белека. ( конечная ). Остановка в Белеке прям у известного магазина одежды Вайкики. Слева от него будут известные супермаркеты Мигрос и еще какой то. В городе их несколько. Но рядом с вайкики крупнее. Там можно купить местные продукты и подарки. Если хотите привезти небольшой презент из Турции, то конечно же покупайте местный шоколад с фисташками цельными. Только в Турции делают шоколад с фисташками (20 лир). . Очень вкусно. Или оливки в вакуумной упаковки.(15-30) Цена смешная. Или в стекл банке фундук молотый. ( 45 лир. ). Сладости фабричного производства считаются лучшими фирма Коska. Гранатовое , дынное и ежевичное вино ( 200 лир). К сожалению, в России нет. Я выложу фото что я купила по совету подруги, которая живет в Турции много лет.
А справа от остановки будет хорошая аптека, там владеют русским и думаю не надо расписывать, что бады и лекарства в Турции очень качественные и дешевле. Воскресенье лучше НЕ ездить в Белек. Выходной в аптеке. Всегда привожу пакет их лекарств. (выложу фото с моими фаворитами) . В Белеке вечером красиво , включают подсветку. Автобус отправляется обратно с того же места, где вас высаживали. Проезд 15 Лир. Ехать 10 минут. Время работы автобуса с 9- 21:00. Такси 10 $. Городок небольшой, поэтому за 2 ч можно его обойти не спеша. Под искусственным водопадом , и часами бесплатный туалет.
Теперь снова про отель. Рядом с отелем протекает речка и она впадает в море. Постояльцы отеля и местные Турки приходят рыбачить. Если любите рыбалку берите с собой удочку или купите в Белеке. Там есть рыболовный магазин.
Маленьким деткам отель особенно понравится. Много зелёной травки. Вход в море удобный. Интересные детские локации. Гуляют красивые удоды. С питанием проблем не будет. Основная масса отдыхающих – это русскоговорящие. Россия, Казахстан, Белоруссия, Украина., Азербайджан, Грузия. Сотрудники ресепшена очень отзывчивые. Итог – за свои деньги отель замечательный. Когда проезжали другие отели ,то заметила что они полупустые. В отличие от Цезаря .
Явные плюсы –зеленая большая ухоженная территория и вкусное , очень разнообразное питание.приятная атмосфера в отеле. Из небольших минусов: за территорией отеля погулять негде и слабая вечерняя анимация. Шоу скучные. Отель СОВЕТУЮ!!!

The name of the hotel fully corresponds to the architecture of the territory. There is a separate territory for children, the world of Mickey Mouse, where you can leave the children for a couple of hours and visit the amphitheater, where there are programs for adults! The cuisine is varied and very tasty and very clean, there is a children's restaurant! In general, there are no disadvantages!

We had a rest in October.
The water in the sea is warmer than in the pools.
Some of the staff do not understand the tasks they face. An outdoor restaurant may accept an order and not cook it. It is good that they understand Russian and can be directed to the path of correcting the situation.
Room cleaning is regular if you hang a corresponding sign on the door or personally notify the staff.
We were in two rooms - the air conditioners work poorly, require maintenance due to time.
There are 4 pillows in the room for two people, but they are all with a lot of filler (solid and voluminous) and it is not comfortable to sleep.
The food is monotonous, the most popular dishes for which there are queues are French fries, fried fish or meat, pancakes in the morning.
Everything is difficult with coffee. Coffee can be found more or less only in the cafeteria.
An expensive taxi, because the hotel is located on the outskirts of Belek - you either have to wait for the bus, or take a taxi not according to the meter (Uber also does not come), but at prices that are overestimated by 3 times.
The ice cream is not in balls, but store-bought.
In general, it is a good option for a vacation with a child. There is a whole children's town with playgrounds and entertainment.

We were at the hotel in early September. The territory of the hotel is generally cleaned well (if you do not look into the corners, more on that later), but after lunch garbage appears on the beach, they try to clean it up. The beach is sandy, there is a small strip of pebbles at the entrance to the sea (but the right side is almost completely sandy). The sea is pleasant, if the waves increase, then it is cloudy. Nice pools. It is green, but there are "islands" of dried plants/trees. In the bushes / corners, you can see a warehouse of some things and they are already being cleaned worse. The benches in the games area were dirty. But there was rarely anyone there. The rooms need repairs: they were in a room with the most recent renovation (Villa Family Room), the drying fell off, the door handle, the shower leaked heavily. Room cleaning is poor (1 plus - towels are changed every cleaning). The sand was constantly on the floor. The sewer system spilled near the building, at first the smell was on the street, after repair I got to the room (the water at the hatch was not only at our building). After the smell appeared and it was impossible to eliminate it, we were moved to a room in another building, everything worked there (so I guess how lucky we are with the room).
I liked the variety of food (not everything is new every day, but there were different types of meat, cereals, vegetables, fish all the time). Desserts are weaker.
To make an appointment in restaurants, you should make an appointment immediately upon check-in (the recording is tight for several days and immediately specify the recording time).
Children's animation is the main advantage of the hotel - the girls who worked there remembered all the children by name, communicated with them, played. 1 time we were on a children's show and 1 on an adult: wonderful performances. Children can be left for a while from the age of 4. In the children's area there are houses for sleeping, creativity, and games: the play areas and the playground also need renovation.
Of the disadvantages, there are also umbrellas on the beach. They are small and to catch the shadow you need to constantly move the sunbeds.

I do not believe that they do sanitary treatment after the guests. The linen is stiff, not Satin. The food is delicious and varied, just for every taste. But it's already a little shabby, but the new rooms in the houses are beautiful. Another big plus is the oxygen generators. And the downside: there is still no hygienic shower in the rooms, although it seems to be a Muslim country. In Dubai, even the public toilet at the airport has a shower and soap. The hotel is family-run. A big request to single young women to choose another hotel, men too. They let you in, of course, but this is not the place for you. And not for pathos. There are T-shirts and shorts here. The program in the evening is boring. And take a mosquito spray. There is a river nearby - there are many of them.

Restaurant nona - good cocktails, the food is also sad. No more than 2 per meal.
Cleaning. If you are very lucky, you will have it cleaned every two days.
Toilets. I do not know how there can be only 2 public toilets in such a territory. By the sea and in the main building, that's it.
A children's town. Everything is very old and battered.
Number. The villas are newly renovated. But the big problem with the furniture is that there is no shelf or shoe mat in the room, no shelves or storage boxes at all, and not a single hook, even in the bathroom there are no hooks for towels.
Beach. Shabby umbrellas that can hide a maximum of one sunbed from the sun.
I will not evaluate the sea, since it does not depend on the hotel.

We tried to try everything for the first few days, to find our own, so to speak, in the end we settled on yogurt and fruits ... meat smells the same, sausages and meat cuts all taste the same (and this is the taste of vile-smelling old mutton), there are no disposable toothbrushes and pastes in the hotel, it was very confusing. I had to buy it in a shop on the territory of the hotel. We are not fans of alcoholic beverages, but decided to drink wine (disgusting), cocktails seemed to be more or less made, but also so-so, unlike wine, you could at least drink. The choice of fruits is not large, we do not like Turkish sweets, so I will not rate them. Our room was clean, but the renovation was not 5 stars, but we came to sleep, in principle, tolerable. I do not know how in other rooms, but we did not have a blanket, no, there was some kind of piece of crooked fabric, for that there were 4 pillows for two. By the way, my daughter has also been feeling unwell for the last few days, she did not feel sick when she arrived home. I was sick on arrival, too, but we blamed the climate change.

They asked for the 2nd floor at the reception, the girls were given without any problems. In general, we wanted to note the friendliness of the staff: at the reception, in the restaurant and the cleaning girls. I was pleased with the abundance of fish and seafood: every day sea bass and (or) dorado, trout, shrimp and mussels, there were once langoustines and octopuses.The latter were very sharp and did not impress. Fruits: watermelons, melons, plums, pears, apples, peaches, bananas, grapes. Baking is like everywhere else. Ice cream is not bad every day and unlimited. The territory is large, there were enough sun beds for everyone. There is a delicious ayran at the beach restaurants. Of course, there were disadvantages, but not fundamentally, but we are happy with the rest.

Chewal's whiskey seemed watery.. aroma orange juice is 100% almost transparent ... the quality of cocktails is mediocre, imitation without proportions and order of filling ..), the food is one-sided, visually there are a lot of containers with food, in fact there is a problem with food ... either lamb bones with potatoes, or chicken soup for some reason with rice, chicken pies in fact with cottage cheese, a lot of dishes that are tasteless ... a lot of containers with stewed cabbage, carrots, pepper, sliced sausages, etc., the same opinion on nutrition was expressed by other guests (for the first time in a hotel where there is nothing to eat ...) a couple of times lamb, mussels and octopus legs got, if you are waiting for a delicious and varied meal, then this not to this hotel.... The safe broke down, they asked the master to call twice, no one came in 30 minutes, as a result they were able to open it themselves, they needed a vase, they waited 50 minutes in the room, but they brought ... I read "enthusiastic" reviews and it seems that we are in different hotels, or those who are delighted with everything live in in other conditions (at home) and to them the presence of 2 swimming pools and used schnitzel and salad on the menu already seems super ....and they had never seen anything else before.

Хорошая и разнообразная кухня, отличный персонал, который практически весь говорит по-русски. Реальный UAI - реальный импортный алкоголь ( Чивасы, Бейлисы, Аперольки и т.д.)
Большая и ухоженная территория.
Много свободных лежаков на пляже и возле бассейнов.
Из минусов:
1. Плохое море, которое мутное и грязное из-за речки, располагающейся в непосредственной близости.
2. Ужасные номера в основном здании. Во всех внешних бунгало сделана реновация, и там номера современные, чистые - в общем, отличные (на фото номер из бунгало). Но в основном здании реновации номеров еще не было, выглядят они так, как будто вы попали в СССР.

Cleaning -an extremely strange cleaner cleaned the villa - one morning she stupidly opened the door herself and poured something into the toilet, and at that time we were still sleeping (it was about 8-9 in the morning), it was unexpected, and somehow she hammered at the door just as early and wanted to get out, although we still we were sleeping and was unhappy that we didn't get up at the same second and didn't let her get out😂 she doesn't understand Russian, by the way, too, in English, once she forgot to put towels, and took away all the old ones, went looking for, and still didn't wash the floors in the room and didn't change our linen the last few days,if if we had been a little longer, of course we would have raised the issue at the reception, but I didn't want to spoil my mood on vacation and I was too lazy to go, to be honest, the days when someone else was cleaning, there were no questions. Holidays in Caesarea from May 14 to May 24, 2024. The reviews are big, full!
We arrived 2 days ago, the impressions are still fresh) In order. The tour operator is fun and sun. We flew with Corendon Airlines, everything is fine! The flight was overnight, so we arrived early in the morning, 7:10 a.m. The transfer is a minivan, so there were only 2 passing arrivals to the hotels and then to the neighboring ones. It takes 35-40 minutes to get to the hotel, no more. It was already 8:30 a.m. at the hotel. We checked in within 20 minutes, thanks a lot for that! We took a villa (bungalow), settled in building 12, room 1214, on the ground floor. The bungalow is close to all infrastructure, convenient! But, building 12 is the last one, the exit from the terrace is directly onto the fence (covered with greenery) and the door to the staff building, and right behind it is the neighboring hotel (Selectum), where very loud music from the pool was playing from 9:45 to the evening! If you are with a child, daytime sleep with the door to the terrace open is not possible! Our child does not sleep during the day, so the music did not really interfere. There is 1 very large bed and 1 single bed in the room, 2 plastic chairs and a table on the terrace, I must say right away that the dirt on them was centuries old!!! The bathroom is really deep, tired, not at all like a bathroom after renovation! The room itself is very good, everything is new! If you are with a small child, then washing the child's hands is a problem, there is no footrest and they are not in the hotel at all! We put a table from the terrace as a footrest) Cleaning in the room for 3 with a minus, although they left a tip. The territory is large and clean! The beach is big, there were enough sun beds and beds on the beach for everyone, although there were already a lot of people at the hotel starting from 20, there were mass arrivals every day! They mostly rest in Russia, Kazakhstan, Germany, Poland, Belarus, I have not seen Ukraine, but they said that there are a couple of families. There are several pools, there is a loud one with music, with mountains, and a quiet one near the entrance to the main building and the Nona restaurant, our building was just next door. There is an indoor swimming pool with access to the sauna (free of charge). You can eat on site anywhere and 24/7. Bars are everywhere! By food: the main restaurant for 4. There is a lot of food, but not everything is delicious for me. There is always fish, chicken and lamb, beef almost never, which is a problem for me. GREAT VACATION AT CESARS BELEK IN MAY 2024.
We stayed at this hotel from 5 to 12 May 2024. The hotel is great!!! I liked everything!
After choosing a hotel, I started looking for more information about the hotel. I came across negative reviews and was very worried that I might not like it. The stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations!!! I didn't want to leave and I really want to come back again. Now about everything in order.
We arrived at the hotel at 10.30. They showed a letter of recommendation from Tophotels. We were immediately told that such letters are no longer valid and they do not give any additional bonuses (previously it was a VIP beach and other bracelets for VIP clients). In principle, this did not upset us. We immediately paid for a room in the villa, as a new modern renovation was done there. At the reception, the receptionist Marina was very polite, told and explained everything. The documents were processed very quickly and we were escorted to room 2821. Leaving our things in the room, we managed to have breakfast. So check in for 5+!!!
The lobby of the hotel is huge, with a comfortable seating area. There is a bar in the lobby where cocktails, coffee and any drinks were served in the evening.
The room is gorgeous, on the second floor with a balcony. Modern renovation, new furniture, a large wardrobe, a large mirror at the entrance, a 2 by 2 meter bed with a very comfortable mattress and pillows, new bed linen and towels, there is a very comfortable ottoman in the niche - you can sit and read a book looking out the window, in other cases the ottoman serves as a bed for a child. Comfortable bedside tables. Sockets on each side of the bed, adapters are not needed. There are also several other outlets in the room. There is a soft sofa at the foot of the bed. The huge mirror in which the TV is mounted is not huge, but there are many Russian channels. A large table under the mirror, on which there is an electric kettle and tea, black coffee and 3in1, sugar. There is a small refrigerator. Mini bar - cola, Fanta, sprite, juices and water are replenished daily. The bottles are small, we even managed to bring them to the airport on the way back, we were not forced to throw them away. There are slippers in the room. I heard from other guests that bathrobes are brought to the reception upon request. We didn't ask for it. There is a shower in the bathroom. Gel and shampoo 2in1 in dispensers. We didn't have toothbrushes and shaving supplies, but I always use only my own devices, so I don't need them and this is not a disadvantage for me. There were cotton swabs and discs, a shower cap and thread with a needle. There are disposable paper cups in the bathroom and near the electric kettle. The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily, bed linen was changed 2 times. The sound insulation in the room is excellent!!! We didn't hear the neighbors. Our balcony overlooked the pool with slides and the animation pavilion, where music was playing - with the balcony door closed, we slept fine during the day, it was quiet. At night, with the balcony door open until 00.00, you can hear live music from the neighboring Rixos Hotel. After twelve o'clock at night, only the sound of the surf and the singing of birds can be heard. For me, these are the perfect sounds and a real relaxation))) There is a sliding mosquito net on the balcony door. Mosquitoes can fly in the evening if you forget to close the net. They took the fumigator with them, but they never turned it on. I saw mosquitoes on the day of departure.
The food is excellent!!! The main restaurant has a very large selection: several types of egg dishes, buns, pancakes, milk porridges (rice, buckwheat, semolina, muesli with milk and others), vegetables (raw, boiled, fried), fruits (nectarine, apples, pears, bananas, oranges, lemons, strawberries and others), a large selection of cheeses, sausages, sausages, a lot of cereals, balls, asterisk, etc. for children, a large selection of jams and jams, cottage cheese, yoghurts, honey in honeycombs on frames. For lunch and dinner there are soups, potatoes of various types, meat, fish, pasta, pasta and a lot of different dishes. Everything is very tasty and varied. Lots of sweets and desserts. I really love Turkish sweets. They're great there!!! A huge plus of the hotel is ice cream in individual packages in the assortment from 10 to 17. The ice cream is delicious. It is especially delicious with coffee)))
There is a Grill bar, a Nona restaurant, a coffee shop with desserts, a snack bar, two Ala carte restaurants (for an additional fee). The VIP restaurant was removed this year. There are several bars where alcohol is poured. Imported alcohol is available in almost all bars. Alcohol is of high quality. Cocktails are made delicious without sparing alcohol. Turkish coffee is brewed - it is also delicious, I liked it. The coffee from the coffee machine is delicious. There were no juices from the packs of powdered drinks. There is bottled beer in Non. To be honest, seven days was not enough to try everything.
The territory of the hotel is large, well-maintained, very beautiful. There are many places for photo shoots. There is an area with hammocks and swings. There is a cool soft lawn everywhere. You can sit on the beach in the evening with a glass of delicious cocktail, enjoying the sound of the surf and inhaling the salty breeze))
The shared beach is large. The sun beds are comfortable and new. There are many individual gazebos. There were not very many people, so even at 11 o'clock it was possible to take sun beds by the water under umbrellas or a free gazebo. The beach is sandy and clean, there is a small strip of pebbles in front of the entrance to the sea. In the evenings, the beach was regularly cleaned. During the day, we collected garbage (I have never seen full garbage vases). The entrance to the water and the seabed is sand. For children and those who do not know how to swim, an excellent entrance and not a few meters deep. The water is clean and warm, despite the beginning of May. In the evenings, the waves were rising, you can jump on the waves. Beach towels were changed throughout the day without any problems, you could take a dry towel by handing over a wet one.
One day we went to the VIP beach. It is slightly away from the main beach and the hotel grounds. Cross the bridge over the river. It's quiet there, few people on the beach and in the water, gazebos are more comfortable, there is a separate bar on this beach. For food, you had to go to the main territory of the hotel. It's boring for kids there. In principle, there is no need to pay extra for this beach in May. This beach is open until 19.00. It closes later, a bridge is being built across the river and it is impossible to get to the beach area.
There are two outdoor pools for adults (one of them with slides) and a children's pool with an aqua park for children. Pools without heating. The water is not cold, we swam. The slides are good. A huge plus is that the slides work all day from 9.00 to 19.00 without a break. There are very comfortable sofas under awnings and umbrellas near the pools. The sun beds near the pools are new and in large numbers. The indoor pool was not heated and it was icy, but from the SPA you can directly go to the outdoor pool and take a dip after the sauna or hammam.
I liked the evening shows. There were invited professional artists. Discos after the show are normal, we danced.
There were mini discos. The children liked it.
The hotel is aimed at families with children. There is a lot of entertainment for children. A children's club with trampolines, a swimming pool, a room for children to relax (sleep). We were without children, but I went to see a kids' club on purpose. All the children are very happy and gladly ran to this club. The restaurant provided high chairs for children.
WiFi was working perfectly throughout the hotel, except for the amphitheater and the disco!!! Walking along the beach, you could easily call and talk, the connection was excellent. The internet speed was excellent!!! It made me very happy.
We went to the SPA center. The minus for me is not a very warm hammam (they reacted to the complaint and added a little heat the next day, but I would still like it warmer) and an icy indoor pool. My husband went to the sauna - they warmed up very well there. The staff is very polite. I really liked the foam massage and peeling, the relaxing massage is cool. The SPA has a large communal hammam and individual hammam rooms (they have never been warm, perhaps it is not yet the season), a sauna, a steam bath, a salt room, a relaxation room. There are showers in the changing rooms. Towels are provided for the hammam. Terry towels are given only to those who go for a massage.
There is a 28 bus stop in front of the hotel to the center of Belek. The fare is $ 1 per person. You can take the same bus back. The bus runs every hour. On Saturdays there is an off-site fair in the center of Belek, you can skimp inexpensively. You can also take another bus from the center of Belek (if I'm not mistaken, then number 21) to the Legend of Rixos to take a walk.
We went to Antalya Mall from our guide for free. It was a waste of time for me. I do not recommend it.
We had an early check-out. We warned about this at the reception the night before. Upon departure, we were provided with lunch boxes with us on the road.

Хороший отель по соотношению цены и качества. Отдыхали с 14 по 22 сентября. Хочется отметить персонал, дружелюбный, всегда на позитиве, в основном русскоговорящий, всегда готов оказать помощь. Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам ресторана в осном корпусе, приятно было получить поздравления в свой день рождения и вкусный тортик со свечами.
Отличная идея отельера с круглосуточным рестораном, не нужно привязываться к общему режиму. Отпуск прошёл как и всегда в прекрасном времяпровождении
Только один минус, очень холодные бассейны
Мы с мужем С удовольствием вернулись бы ещё раз в этот отель.

Отель просто супер в своей ценовой категории!Просто рай для детей!Ресторан 24/7,детский ресторан и диетический стол. Отель очень клиентоориентированный, отличная уборка,официанты работают очень быстро, администрация тоже строго за всем следит! Алкоголь импортный(Джеймисон,Реми Мартин, Ольмека, Мартини и тд), никаких ограничений по нему нет. Много бесплатных кабан,их занимают с 6.00. Есть отдельный VIP пляж, стоимость кабаны 50€/сут. У детского клуба своя довольно большая территория с несколькими тематическими домиками, минибассен и детская площадка под навесами что очень удобно! Есть еще 3 бассейна(один крытый) и аквапарк для взрослых и среднего возраста. Анимация,вечерние шоу и дискотека тоже есть. Рядом Ленд оф Легендс и Белек для прогулок и шоппинга

Отель прекрасен. Кормят изумительно, еда на любой вкус и цвет. Обслуживающий персонал дружелюбно относится к русским туристам. Прекрасный и изумительный пляж, помимо шезлонгов много закрытых пляжных беседок, которые входят в стоимость, отдельно доплачивать ничего не надо. Каждый вечер новая анимационная программа, в один из дней даже были приглашены цирковые артисты. Шоу программы всегда с профессиональными командами из разных стран. Интересные тематические дискотеки с профессиональными танцорами. Один день в неделю пенная вечеринка, пены не жалеют, заваливают всех по горло) Не далеко от отеля оасположен дисней ленд, который представляет герои нашего мультсериала Маша и медведь. Впервые попробовали известную горку с капсулой. Цена на отдых в отеле не малая по 2022 году, а в текущем 2023 на это же время и дни на 40% дороже. За те же деньги с трудом, а тут ещё дороже стало. Жалко что в этом году не получится( а так бы с удовольствием повторил...

It's just a Spanish shame. The solution is to remove other people's towels and take up places, there you can see who just left and who left for a few hours. Taxis are not called at the reception, but they offer to arrange a transfer. The hotel is far from the stated 5 stars! The room cleaning is terrible: the toilet and the floor have not been washed once in 10 days. The maid constantly forgets to put towels, then water, then blankets. I took the robes away altogether and did not return them afterwards. Bedding for the child has to be requested separately, although he is registered as a guest!
The restaurant is terrible, there is nothing to eat at all! There seems to be plenty of food, but 1% of it is edible. Desserts are all old, salads are scary to look at.
There is nothing to choose at all for a three-year-old child! Soups are incomprehensible, there are no normal porridges: just oats in milk, not even boiled! The child ate rice and pasta all the rest.
Because of all this unsanitary conditions, the whole family seized rotovirus.
Animation for children for three. Of the successful ones, only mini discos every evening. And the rest is longing, it won't take children long to get carried away. By the way, the children's club is registered from the age of 2, but without parents, you can leave a child there only from the age of 4. And even then I would not dare, there is zero supervision.
On the positive side, the beach can be noted: large, spacious, with sun beds and bunkers. There are also good cocktails.

Nice hotel. Everything is in abundance. The territory is large, beautiful and very well maintained. A wonderful Russian-speaking doctor, very attentive to children. The staff is responsive. Without any difficulties, we kindly agreed to store expensive medicines bought for relatives in the refrigerator of the bar, for which I express my special gratitude to the reception staff and the pool bar.
