The hotel does not pull in the declared 4 stars. Even if it's 3*, then you have to match them! I would have removed the star rating in this hotel, it's not even 2*.
We went to the ces park hotel from Tui. We were brought here. they said that the hotel is closed for renovation, super. The children have nothing to eat at the hotel, and neither do the adults. the beach has 2 umbrellas, both broken and 2 sun beds, also broken. We went to the nearby beach. + hotel,swimming pool and slides. That's where the advantages end. the rooms are old, the air conditioners do not work. the attitude of the staff is terrible. they came up to the reception and said that we don't like it here, we can go to another hotel. The man rolled his eyes and started yelling: get out of here! we were shocked of course. there is no animation. The children's mini club is closed.

I liked everything with this money, the main thing is time!!! Staff for 5, rooms for 3-4, beach 5, special thanks to the animators, darts, water aerobics, water polo, yoga, mini disco for children, disco tours, there will also be football and volleyball, we left early in July 2 times a week with an interval of 2 weeks. Recommend
Both children and adults will have something to do. And you won't stay hungry either

THEFT, DIRT, FAR FROM THE BEACH.THE FOOD IS NOT DELICIOUS.
Good afternoon, if you are thinking of visiting this hotel, I advise you to change your mind....not only did it take a very long time to get there, it took a long time to get from the airport, there were the latest ones, the rooms were DIRTY, there were crumbs from food under the sheet, the floors were dirty...the kitchen is dirty, the balcony door did not close, I barely knocked out clean bed linen, there was a towel on the bed that was probably 5 years old and it was clearly for shoes, I flushed the toilet very rarely (water just does not flow) do not expect good food, it was delicious a couple of times during the whole vacation, otherwise not very, the coffee machine pours I'm running with water and something else, I don't recommend drinking beer, my stomach will hurt....the lights were turned off three times in 5 days, the administrators lie all the time.. 13 DOLLARS WERE TAKEN OUT OF THE ROOM...they didn't find the ends, but I also tipped them after cleaning, it's a long way to the beach, the sand is all in steers......the sea was gorgeous (the only plus)
I do not advise this place to relax, take care of your nerves, and buy entertainment tours in the city, and not from someone who will come to you the next day to sell them twice as expensive.
