The best hotel! The price is lower than the quality.

The best location. Literally everything is nearby for a tourist. Across the street there is an embankment with a park, the old town. Close to all the party streets, cafes, restaurants, shops ...

Excellent rooms, spacious, clean, as in the photo.
Our room faced the courtyard with a partial view of the embankment - it was quiet at night. A comfortable mattress, good towels, and most importantly - EVERYTHING IS CLEAN! There is everything you need and even more.
The hotel is not big, but very cozy (it even smells delicious at the reception, like in expensive hotels).
We definitely recommend it! Let's come back here again and we will recommend you to all our friends!

Beyond praise. The owner of the hotel Nijat is a super person! He allowed me to leave my bags and go to another country for a couple of days, and so on:
The location is the best you can think of, just a stone's throw from the old town, and not under the noisy bars. Sleep comfortably
The room is the cleanest. The plumbing is all working, the air conditioner is cooling, the light is on 😁
The staff is a wonderful woman, and the hostess guys are the nicest people.

I hope that my experience with this hotel will be useful for Russian tourists who are going to Baku and have chosen this hotel.
We booked a room in this hotel through booking: "free cancellation of reservations", "prepayment is not required" - what is needed in modern times for our tourist.
After confirming the reservation, I decided to check with the hotel through booking the payment question, whether it will be possible to pay in cash on the spot. A few weeks of waiting - no reaction.
Repeat the message, and after a few days on WHATSAPP(!!!) a message arrives from a certain Samir, who introduced himself as a hotel employee, with an offer to pay the FULL(!!!) the cost of living somewhere on his card.
Isn't it too much just to guarantee our arrival, even if the booking itself says about prepayment for a day's stay?!
Besides, also on the card of some individual?!
Alerted.
We agreed on a partial payment with duplicate arrangements on the booking website.
As a result, of course, no one sent anything, after a repeated message on the booking, the reservation has already tacitly switched to the status of checking the bank card (it is not immediately clear that Russian cards will not work?!) and then to the cancelled status.
In short, a waste of time with a dubious result and employee Samir (whose affiliation to the hotel has not been confirmed).
Do you need this roulette with money transfer for someone else? It's up to you.
We did not take any risks, but found more adequate hotels, which we recommend to you.

First of all, on the plus side - the hotel is in the center - everything is nearby, pleasant. staff.
And then about the cons . The hotel is 21 years old , but it has been very shabby for 3 years . Mold in the bathroom , a rusty threshold in the bathroom , all the plumbing is in a terrible raid , towels are all used .
The bed is terribly uncomfortable and collapses under you , it is impossible to sleep . The mattress pad is smaller in size and constantly rolls down . The blanket is gray , in the hair .
But the most important point that will shake your nerves is that it is impossible to sleep because of the noise outside the window - drivers are constantly honking (it's fashionable here) and if you think that someone passing by the restaurant will care that you sleep at 3 a.m., then forget it. They will honk , or even a whole string . There is also very loud music from cars ( also a fashion ) , screams and so on . A closed window and earplugs do not save you from the word at all .
Another factor is that we booked through the application with payment at the hotel , so they wrote to us from the hotel a month ago , saying, pay now , in advance . I will write a complaint to the application too. A direct violation. I attach 5 photos

The hotel has non-smoking staff and visitors, this is very good. And the most important location is 5 plus, everything is within walking distance. I want to thank the host Nichat Askerova for the recommendation and hospitality. As a gift, we were settled in an extended room with a good location. Next time we will definitely stay at this hotel. I recommend.

The apartments themselves are good. But we decided to leave a day earlier. And they didn't pay for the last day. We were threatened. To accuse of some kind of commissions from the booking. The guys are not ready to run a business and invest their cancellation fees on the booking. They believe that this is the responsibility of the guests. This is the first time we have encountered such a thing.

I liked absolutely everything! The hotel is in the heart of the city, well equipped, spacious room, everything is new, the bed is mega comfortable. The staff is very friendly, helped in all matters))) We will definitely come back again.

We lived in room 105.
The cost is $ 450 for 5 nights for three.
Booked a room via whatsapp.
The prepayment was transferred through the Golden Crown application. They didn't cheat, they did everything as promised earlier.
Hotel in the city center.
Near Novikov "Cheese Factory", which is considered the best place in Baku. Every evening there were the most beautiful and expensive cars 🚗
The popular KEFLI Local Wine & Snacks bar is located on the ground floor of the hotel building.
Of the minuses:
- it's noisy in the evening, as this is the most popular place;
- the toilet sometimes (not always) smells of sewage. As I understand it, this is the norm in Baku. They write about other hotels in the same way.
We took an excursion from their guide, but we were unlucky with him. Anar is well done, but super tactless. He talked a lot too much and sometimes forgot who was sitting in front of him.
