Kilograms, tons of gold. A large selection of European and Arabian gold. There are shops selling clothes and stones, souvenirs. Across the road (pass under the bridge) there is a large food market.
A large, colorful market. A peculiar architecture, a lot of goods. I especially liked the huge, honey-like dates. The fish pavilion was especially surprised, it was very clean, everything was white, blue counters, huge fish and everyone was quietly busy with their own business.
Gold is a separate story. There are many shops with a variety of goods. The people are friendly, they didn't cling too much.
It's a cool market, mostly clothes on one side and gold on the other. It is possible and necessary to bargain. There are toilets, currency exchange, benches to relax. The sellers are great at entertaining and luring everyone. I bought oil perfumes and two shawls there. There are a couple of shops with original brands, the rest is a high-quality fake. There are handkerchiefs of local production and Turkey, there is also China. Jewelry is weighed and then the price is told, but here it is all the more necessary to bargain))
