A pleasant place. One of the symbols of Pattaya. It is very beautiful outside and inside, a large selection of goods, an excellent food court. Prices are different, look for great deals. The food court is great: inexpensive, there is Russian cuisine and in general cuisines of different peoples of the world, including Thai.
The shopping center has its own comfortable atmosphere, it's nice to walk there. By the way, it's a walk-through, you can walk between Second Street and Beach Road in the cool. Be sure to visit this mall.

As it has already been written here, the "Festival" is one of the modern symbols of Pattaya. Actually, there are quite a lot of shopping malls in the city and district: all sorts and different. For me, shopping in a resort like Pattaya is not a very grateful thing, because there are a lot of things to do around. But in the evening....And why not come here? Almost all your expectations are being met. All 6 floors are in demand (7 are underground). An excellent and reasonably priced food court at the very top. And there's also a great viewing platform. I recommend a good place.
