I remember the opening of the center in 2009. It has become more fun in Pattaya. A great center. I haven't lost interest in it for 15 years, although Terminal 21 is more modern and cooler. But there is something cozy about the Festival. There are a lot of useful things, including representative offices of all major banks in Pattaya.
