Everything was done at a very high level. Courteous staff. They did their job without delays and mentions! A great place for a children's party!
It was January 29th.Everyone liked it very much.Delicious, good service.A very loyal administrator.The only place where we were allowed to invite our animators and shows (other establishments work only with certain agencies, which in my opinion is wrong to impose them on their clients)
I especially liked that the place is safe for kids, our daughter turned 2 years old.In other institutions, there is no separation of playgrounds by age, all in one place, and older children run, push, do not notice the little ones.There was no such problem here.We were sitting at a table in the hall next to the playroom and could watch the child while quietly having dinner.
In general, this is the best restaurant!We liked everything without exception!
Oh, and cool toys, there are slides, a pool with balls, a soft zone, and the kitchenette in general conquered me, well, very cool!
And clean, no broken toys.

A dangerous place! There is a bathroom in the area where the play area is. And it's shared! That is: both children and men come in there. Firstly, it is dangerous, and secondly, it is always dirty after men, but the kids do not understand this and sit on dirty toilets after men. I had previously made a remark to the administration, but when I came a couple of months later, nothing had changed!

I didn't visit the restaurant. Therefore, I cannot appreciate the cuisine, the service, the atmosphere. But as a resident of the house, some moments are annoying.
The facade needs repair, the installation installed three years ago, to put it mildly, has worn out. There are already problems with washing windows in the house, but when you see a layer of dust on the awning above the entrance, you immediately feel neglected.

The service sucks, you can't get a waiter, rarely comes to the table, although you could put a button to call the waiter, considering that we were sitting on the 2nd floor. we closed the account for 2 hours, as the account was redone 4 times, due to the fact that they tried to "cheat" us:
They attributed an extra burger, cheese sticks, a kettle of tea;
Then 3 cakes were counted according to the cost of 3 cakes!!! That's plus 12,500 to the bill! Where has this been seen and heard!
