The Central Esentai Residence is located in a great location on the banks of the Esentai River. There is a museum named after him very close by.Kasteeva, school, opposite the Rahat Palace Hotel, a little further away is the circus and the M.Auezov Theater. On both sides of the residential complex there are Satpayev Street and Bukhar Zhyrau Boulevard, but there is no traffic noise, since the complex stands almost in the middle.
