The managers are hiding there, and meanwhile there were no real queues on the top floor. The place should be served quickly so that there are no crowds, they hide anyway, there is no control of managers at all. It's a complete mess. The managers do not answer the questions at all, pretending that they do not hear. And for just a question, they play football with each other.
I had to become a client of this bank. I didn't like it. The workers are sluggish, sleeping as if. The cash registers are not working. The Internet is bad. The base is constantly hanging or it's so convenient for them to talk. I lost a whole day during registration. Also, repairs are going on inside and outside.
