The building is old and shabby. Elevator for 2 people. There is simply no sound insulation. 4 out of 5 flights of stairs are clogged with construction or maid stuff. The breakfasts are very specific and monotonous, only tea is hot (maximum 2 bowls), even coffee for an additional fee - it is still tolerable to eat this for 2-3 days, but not longer. By the way, the hotel wants 10 manats for them, and in the cafe on the menu their price is 9 ... In general, they are constantly trying to breed, they lie right to their face, calling black white. Services are provided only when they want to themselves - the room may not be cleaned for several days and even a request to clean is not always valid. I do not advise you to stay in this institution for a long time if you do not want to spoil the impression of Azerbaijan.
