The hotel is on solid 2. About 15 years ago it was a chic hotel with a very cool idea. Now 90% of pensioners are resting there, so to speak, sanatoriums for pensioners have become. The breakfasts are not bad, even delicious in places, but monotonous. There is no service or room service at all, bed linen with holes, everything in spots does not change at all, towels were changed only after I wrote a note about 5 days later. The room has a very gorgeous fauna, large ants 1-1.5 cm in size, woodlice, cockroaches, the only thing I was happy about were geckos.
There was a moment with the staff, they came at 10 to do the "cleaning" (well, how to make the bed and remove it from the bins) and we were going on an excursion. The cleaner was so outraged that I asked her to come later.
In general, I do not recommend it.
We chose this hotel for a vacation and did not regret anything. Many negative reviews are not true.
The rooms are clean, the linen is fresh. The room was cleaned every day. We didn't complain about the steep stairs, because we love cardio)) For those who are tired of walking, there is a tuk-tuk on site — you can drive to your room on it.
We didn't find any cockroaches. Although there are insects, because there is a lot of vegetation around. On the first day, we were greeted by two giant spiders, but they helped us eliminate them quickly. Lizards crawled through the ventilation a couple of times, but they did not bother us.
The food is great. We only had breakfast included, and we were pleased with the wide selection of dishes: hot egg dishes, salads, yoghurts, muesli, fruits. Coffee, however, for three. But these are small things, because there were many other delicious drinks.
The beach is 7 minutes away by stairs through the jungle. Abandonment around, ugly. But we rarely went to the beach through the hotel, more often we went to other beaches and islands.
I was especially pleased with the polite and unobtrusive service. After Egypt and Turkey, when people literally follow you around waiting for tips, it's very valuable! The staff is just gold: polite, kind, courteous, and helpful.
The only caveat is that the hotel's policy provides 1,500 Baht per person per day as a deposit. We found out about this only on the spot when checking in (here is a flaw in the travel agent, who did not warn us about this). But we managed to arrange accommodation with the hotel without a deposit. But we did not use additional services either.
In general, I still put 5, because it is beautiful, quiet, clean, and cozy.
We stayed at this hotel with a family of 3 people (me, my husband and daughter of 5 years) for 20 days from the beginning of May 2025.
We have designed a villa with a sea view and have never regretted this surcharge because this view leads to positive emotions. In our case, there was one double bed, approximately 180 cm wide.
The room had:
- Good air conditioning + ceiling fan;
- A work table with a mirror and 2 chairs;
- TV (There are no Russian channels, but we didn't really turn it on);
- Mini bar (the only drawback for me was a mini bar, there is no refrigerator);
- Bedside tables with bedside lighting;
- 2 small but roomy cabinets;
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Additionally, there were hygiene products, towels and a hairdryer.
- A balcony with a table, 2 chairs and an umbrella. Additionally, there was lighting on the balcony.
We made out with breakfast. The breakfast itself is excellent, in the form of a buffet:
- Several types of fried eggs to order (fried eggs, omelet, Thai omelet, Benedict, etc.)
- A variety of pastries (Muffins, croissants, toasts, etc.)
- There were soups and second courses of Asian and European cuisine), a variety of drinks and fruits.
I'm happy with the buffet breakfast, probably the best I've seen.
+ the views from the kitchen are great.
Lunches and dinners are also available for an additional fee (the final one is in the form of a restaurant).
The territory itself is insanely green, lovers of flora and fauna will be delighted. For those who find it difficult or lazy to walk along the stairs and slides, there was a tuk-tuk on request.
Additionally, there were two pools
- 1 m deep.;
- 1.4 m deep;
with a chaise longue and an umbrella. Towels were provided on the record
You can get to the sea by following a path (where monitor lizards sometimes walked, I personally saw them 5 times during the whole time 😅 I'm alive, healthy, they didn't touch me, thank you for that 😂). Of the disadvantages, the gate to this trail was closed at 18.00 (If you didn't make it, take a taxi. One day we decided to walk, switching to an amateur because the road to the main entrance was strictly on the roadway without a sidewalk).
All the staff is helpful and smiling. In 3 weeks, there were no difficulties with the staff. 👌🏻
During excursions without breakfast, a Breakfast box is provided upon request. Excellent in content! 💔
As for cleaning, it was carried out every day! Thank you very much! Because there was a lot of sand from us on the days of visiting the beach. In my memory, even at the all inclusive of another famous resort, I did not wash the floors every day.
For 20 days of stay, we were charged a deposit of 7,500 baht. Then they can be spent on hotel services or returned upon check-in.
Of the possible disadvantages, fellow lizards, ants, etc., enter the villa at will, but this is probably due to the fact that we bought/ brought fruits, cookies, etc. But it's on our conscience. We were additionally checked in at 3:00 p.m., and we arrived at about 9 a.m. Unfortunately, there was no possibility of early check-in, but we would have paid extra. Waiting in the insane heat for so many hours was hard.
We left the hotel in the evening, requested a Breakfast box, and were provided with it.
My family and I are very pleased with the choice of this hotel. Even during the excursions, people asked us about the hotel, because even the parking area delighted them with the views. Thank you very much!
