A wonderful hotel, lots of entertainment for children. Daily cleaning. There is one big disadvantage, the hotel is designed for children, but the food is not. Very poor choice of food for children. Pasta, potatoes -not cooked! And in general, the choice itself is very meager, one dry-boiled. There are no soups for children. Children are constantly hungry. The food is designed for adults, almost all of it is spicy.

We were the whole big family in February 2023
The hotel is beautiful, in Thai style, the workers are mostly Thai, the cuisine is awesome, the hotel is basically just cool.

Despite the fact that the hotel is new and rather big, there are many more disadvantages in it than advantages. Below I give a small analysis of the points:
Advantages:
A) Good outdoor heated pools
B) the system of children's entertainment and care for the younger generation
C) the presence of beach soccer and an outdoor cinema
Disadvantages:
A) very poor food for the hotel ****. There is an extremely poor assortment in all restaurants, especially compared to the food at the neighboring Riu Dubai Hotel. I'm sorry, but feeding people in Dubai with cabbage salad, one or two types of meat dishes and a couple of cakes is quite shameful. In Riu Dubai, where I lived for almost a week before Centara, they were fed almost every day and offered a large assortment of seafood, up to lobsters for a holiday in Valentines
B) Vague and deranged restrictions in the "all inclusive" mode. This is just a mockery of the "all inclusive"
In) The level of bartenders and cocktails is below the baseboard. Especially compared to Riu Dubai
D) a substantial deposit upon arrival, which is not warned about. In the presence of this deposit, they were settled in a room with terrible stains of an unclear nature on the furniture. I had to go to the reception and report property damage by other persons
E) Thai staff who unfortunately are not able to work well. These citizens cannot and do not even want to call a taxi from the city

Cons: constant queues for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Visitors smoke everywhere! There are no separate smoking areas. There are no empty seats by the pool. There is absolutely no infrastructure around the hotel. Constant repairs, even at night they manage to repair something in the rooms. For two nights in a row I had to get up and go to the reception, as a result, they allegedly did not find who was knocking. They didn't offer another room, didn't apologize. The food is delicious, but monotonous and the same in all restaurants, although they say that the rastorans are different in concept. The territory of the hotel is very small for such a large hotel, as a result, the cons overlap all the pros. I will not return to this hotel anymore!

And they are busy in this way for hours..I have recently given up on this and stupidly occupy sun beds, and I rent towels to the towel point. Someone may not like the location of the hotel, and the entire island on the take-off and landing line of Dubai airport. Planes fly by every couple of minutes, half of them are A380s. For me, it's a normal sight, not particularly noisy. With the windows closed, they do not interfere with sleeping. The view from the window - who wants-sees the construction site, who wants -sees the Burj Khalifa. I'm from the second category. Especially a great view of the city in the evening from the restaurant on the 8th floor. About restaurants- unfortunately, there are no a la carte restaurants like in Turkey. This is a minus . There is no adult water park. This is a semi-negative. There are always taxis at the entrance to the hotel, plus there is a hotel shuttle to the Dubai Mall (paid). This is a plus. The hotel lived up to the expectations. This!
