A wonderful hotel for a family holiday.
The all-inclusive system implies the availability of drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner in unlimited quantities, unlike the usual breakfast, lunch and dinner. Comfortable shallow pools with responsible lifeguards are provided for children, which allows parents to safely leave their children to play and not worry about their safety. If you lost your belongings in the pool, they will be returned to you at the reception. Things can be safely left unattended. The hotel is located on an island, and the transfer is carried out only by taxi. A free shuttle service is provided on weekends to the Dubai Mall Outlet and for 15 dirhams one way or 25 dirhams round trip to the Dubai Mall.
Overall, this is an interesting place. It seems that there is nothing like this for children in Dubai.

It is better to take an all-inclusive system, then you can use three restaurants, children will be able to eat delicious ice cream, and adults will drink cocktails and other alcohol. There is only one disadvantage - you need to take a taxi to the sights or to the subway, there is no other way to get out. I would like to note that we arrived early and were immediately checked in and the bracelets were not taken away at the check-out, so we could eat and use the services before departure. The rooms are clean and new, nice to be in. By the way, we were given a room with a sea view, despite the fact that this was not provided for by our tour. In general, I advise everyone who goes on vacation with children to 100%. And yet, even if you arrived in the morning, say at 6 o'clock, the reception immediately gives you a room and even access to breakfast and lunch, although you should check in at 15.00. The staff is helpful and smiling. The hotel is located on an island so that access to the sea is free, but the only disadvantage is that there is nothing nearby within walking distance, so I recommend immediately renting a car upon arrival, since Dubai is 20-30 minutes away from the resort. Excellent 5+ hotel
I want to note that there are a lot of things for children of different ages, namely separate zones with their own pools for a comfortable stay, friendly Thai people greeted us at the reception,
a lot of Thai, Indian, European - for us, the cuisine is just right for a lot of different dishes and fruits.
I would like to thank the manager at the reception Azizbek Turakulova speaks Russian well and helped solve the problem with a noisy room and moved to a more comfortable one without problems - for which I thank you very much.

There are 3 table lamps in the rooms, there is no overhead light. The room has everything you need, a tea table, a refrigerator, an ironing board, a hair dryer, a table, an open wardrobe, bathroom and shower sets are updated daily. The food is varied, mainly Thai and Indian food, a lot of spicy dishes, there is a children's food department where there is always macaroni and cheese, omelette, porridge, etc. There is a lot of greenery on the territory. The only "feature" is the air corridor passing over the hotel, planes fly constantly. Noise isolation from the street is not bad, but you can hear the flights.

Of the cons:
- adults with children are not allowed on the slides, children below 100 cm are not allowed.
- you can't go to the bar for lunch and pour wine, you have to sit and wait for it to be brought to you in 15 minutes, when the food has already cooled down.
- the elevator goes to your floor only by card, I forgot the card - I stayed waiting for fellow travelers to your floor.
- there are no stairs, only a fire escape, from which there is an exit to the street. You can't take the elevator during rush hour, you can wait for 20 minutes
- there is no lock in the toilet, but there is a phone))
- pools close at 7 and 8 p.m.
- the cult program is very weak, there is no disco, there are no animators for adults,
- the staff does not understand and speaks English well
- lifeguards at the pool do not know how to provide first aid, a child was drowning with us, the rescuers were at a loss.

In modern realities, the cost of a trip to Turkey and Egypt is comparable to a trip to the UAE. That's why you will meet those Russians who used to be in these countries.
The hotel is located on a separate artificial island - the beach is a mixture of sand and small broken shells. In principle, it's okay. The beach itself is clean. There are many sun loungers with locks. The entry into the water is very smooth. Several pools - 3 adults, 1 for the youngest, 1 for older, a ring pool where you can swim lying on an inflatable circle. There is also a place for diving and water slides. In general, for swimming - everything is available for all ages. By the way, 1 adult pool is open until 20:00.
There is a large trampoline for children on the beach (free of charge). In the evenings, they stretch the screen on the beach and show cartoons.
There is a children's room where discos are held in the evenings, and during the day there is plenty of entertainment for children of all ages, plus children under the supervision of animators.
There are 4 food outlets: an Arabic restaurant on the 8th floor of the hotel (Swedish), 2 restaurants on the 1st floor (one with a Swedish, the second in the restaurant format), 1 on the street. Please note that the one on the street (sands) has a buffet only for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the a la carte restaurant format.
It is better not to change the money in the hotel - a bad course. There are transfers to mainland Dubai - but a regular taxi will be cheaper for you.
If you have a choice, it is better to take a room with a sea view, otherwise you will have a view of the construction site - the island is actively developing. I understand that the hotel is no longer new, so you can find mold in the shower in addition to salt stains.
There is a shop on site - not very affordable in terms of prices. If anything, you can go to Deira City (shopping center) for 35-40 dirhams - there are plenty of shops, including a large grocery store.
In my opinion, it is not a very profitable moment with the level of service. As I understand it, there are 2 main options - breakfast-lunch-dinner and all inclusive. The second option is more expensive by 150k (approximately) and gives access to unlimited alcohol, soft drinks, and water. But if you do not drink and decide to save money and take the breakfast-lunch-dinner option, then you will not have access not only to alcohol (I did not drink on this vacation, I thought I did not need it) but also to water with soft drinks - only for money. The only thing is that drinks and tea with coffee for breakfast are both free and free. At any other time - for an additional fee. But 1.5 liters of water are brought to the room. (The norm is 4 bottles per day, anything over 24 dirhams per bottle)

Of the minuses - weak animation, cartoons on the beach in English, sometimes entertainment in the lobby for about 30-40min like acrobats and so on, once there was a fire show. It's boring in the evenings, the location is Deira Island, there's NOTHING around.... there is no place to go, the highway and the construction site are all around....They charge a lot of money for a taxi to the city, you can't drive every night. The Thai-style hotel, Thai-style food, seemed monotonous to us, every day for breakfast (9 days of rest) pancakes, sausages, omelette.. a bunch of incomprehensible pickles, salads, not familiar to our cuisine ... there are few desserts. I liked everything: the aquazone (there is a children's water park where rescuers are on duty), there are adult pools, an artificial river, a sandy beach with a good approach. The water is the purest. The territory is not that big, but it is being monitored and improved. There are a lot of staff, everyone is ready to help. Food - 4 different restaurants, for every taste! Very poor and long service at the lobby! I have never seen such incompetent employees in any hotel in the world . We were settled an hour later and this despite the fact that the check-in is already later at 15:00 (and not like everywhere at 14:00)

We had a rest in March 2024, we liked everything. The hotel has its own beach and sun loungers, the sea is clear, azure. A hotel with a children's concept, a mini aqua park, children's playrooms and slot machines, a playstation. The food is varied, there are a lot of things. A good children's and family hotel. There is always a lot of varied food. We do not drink alcohol, so the Full-board meal plan is sufficient not to stay hungry. We had breakfast mainly in the restaurant on the 8th floor with a good view, had lunch on the ground floor in the main restaurant, and had dinner in different places. The restaurant on the beach feeds mainly with pizza, burgers, French fries and other fast food, which did not suit us, so we did not eat there. The child (a 5-year-old girl) never stayed hungry.
All water activities are under the shadow of the hotel building all day, so it probably won't be hot in summer, but we were in the last week of December 23, so we soaked in the family pool and the adult pool on the beach. The water in the sea was cool at that time, so there was one time on the beach to play in the sand and touch the water, but the entrance to the sea is very gentle and suitable for very young children.
Adults in the hotel will be frankly bored.
The hotel is far from the city center and there is no bus to the center, so count only on a taxi.
The main disadvantage of the hotel is the permanent planes, the take-off corridor of which from Dubai airport passes almost over the hotel and day and night you will hear their howling. Therefore, if possible, firstly pay extra for a room with a sea view upon check-in and secondly ask for a room in the wing of the hotel that is closer to the RIU hotel, thereby you will be as far away from the take-off route as possible.
Otherwise, a normal hotel for a family holiday!

In short, this is a children's hotel from Turkey)). There are many water activities for children. The food is not great, but it is quite normal. We took half board. For the Mirage room category, there is a buffet where you can refresh yourself for free between breakfast and dinner. And even in the evening there is a cocktail time when alcohol is poured. With this in mind, "all inclusive" finally loses its meaning. My recommendations: if we are going for the sake of children, we are not very interested in the city itself, we take half board Mirage. It takes 20 minutes to get to the airport.
