A bad hotel. Very dirty, not friendly staff for the most part. There are dusty clouds on the ceilings in 3 rooms, which the air conditioner blows out), the rest of the surfaces are also covered with a solid layer of dust.
On the 3rd floor, the floor in the corridor is dangerous, all swollen, you can easily stumble. The breakfasts are passable.
All the glass surfaces in the hotel are dirty.
The bed linen is torn with ink stains.
The light switch in the bathroom did not work, and the smart home screen also did not turn on.
At night, people are constantly walking along the corridors and shouting, it is impossible to sleep, outside the window, bars are also noisy all night, etc.
The only advantage is the location. Within walking distance of the main points of tourist visits.

I liked it very much. Touch switches in the room, two nice pools, one on the roof. It is very well located, 5 minutes to the sea and the central festival.

Nice condo. The magnetic key to the door with the cipher is straining. The duct air conditioner makes a lot of noise, it's annoying. A very good pool, with sun beds it is problematic there are few of them and, in principle, there is no place around the pool since there is a small distance between the pool and the buildings.. The hotel is relatively new, I recommend it...
