When we called for a reservation at 12 noon, they said, “We will help when you arrive.” we came from the road for 45 minutes. It was packed and there was a queue outside, we couldn't get in. When we arrived at the venue, they said that there was no reservation made after a certain time and the queue was waiting to enter the venue.
