The best department of the SDEC, of all where we have been. The friendly Ica manager helped to sort out a complicated large package. The guys also made concessions and made a nice bonus! I definitely recommend sending parcels from this office!

Claims are more likely to be made against the SDEC as a whole, rather than specifically to this point of issue. Although they could help here too. Look at the condition of my parcel! And this, by the way, is a gift that I wanted to pack. Due to the fact that the contents are irregular in shape, it is problematic to do this without a box. Not only did they ruin my box, they also refused to sell their own. I don't understand what the problem was, it's very customer-oriented. I hope that this was the last time I used the services of this company. I went sadly to look for a new box ((((

Отделение выдачи заказов СДЭК, в котором я недавно забирал свой груз, оставило на меня очень хорошее впечатление! Сотрудники были дружелюбны и отзывчивы, помогли быстро найти мой заказ и проверили его целостность перед выдачей. Внутри было чисто и уютно, а общение с сотрудниками прошло легко и быстро. Я был очень доволен их сервисом и обязательно буду рекомендовать это отделение своим друзьям и знакомым!
