Convenient location, the room is clean and comfortable. It is clear that the employees observe cleanliness and order. The manager is very polite and friendly. I can also highlight that I received good advice on sending a parcel. The price and timing are satisfactory. There are no queues, the fitting room is comfortable and clean, I was positively impressed. They work clearly and quickly. A very good item compared to others.

I did not have time to pick up my parcel within the allotted storage period. On the last day, I came to my senses, at night I wrote to this particular branch through the sdek bot with a request not to send my parcel back to the sender. They answered immediately in the morning, they promised not to send the parcel. I took her away, everything is fine. The service is convenient, the employee at this point is very responsive.
