I wanted to send a parcel with apples to Russia, I packed each apple in paper, the variety is solid. The most interesting thing is that she did it repeatedly and everything came in one piece, but this time the receptionist just went on the principle, referring to the new standards. Everything that we humans send in parcels can be attributed to these standards. We need an individual approach to each client, and not sit like a robot issuing a learned charter. There was a terrible aftertaste from such service.
