I would have set 0 if there was such an option. The order was paid for online (by me) with a bank card. The next day, when receiving the parcel at the collection point (my husband), payment is taken for the same invoice number a second time. Funds for the first payment on the Internet are not returned under numerous pretexts. The credit controller for settlements with clients is not adequate. There is no consolidation of information between the systems. I do not recommend paying online. It is better to use the old cash method when sending.
