The delivery date was set in the contract on January 15, although in an oral conversation and according to the SDEK website, the cost and timing calculations should have reached January 12. It was on this day that I learned that the parcel was in the "transit city of MOSCOW". The hotline was assured on this day: "We will not break the deadline, we will deliver it on 15.01.
