I had a very unpleasant experience with SDEK when my order was not given to me for a week, initially a different pvz was chosen, they called me on the day of receipt of the order and said that temporarily that pvz was not working, so they would transfer it to this one, I was dynamited three times, as a result, the order was where it should have been originally, for what It was necessary to misinform me incomprehensibly. The schedule is indicated everywhere that before 23:00, in fact, they close at 8 or 9 pm.
A courier service that has been helping me for a long time with both the forwarding of documents and the forwarding of parcels to another country. The prices are reasonable, a convenient application that allows you to track the shipment and even arrange a shipment from home. Excellent staff, help, prompt, always polite.

SDEK offices could not arrange the shipment, they do not have tariffs, they said about the deadlines that they are unrealistic, since the service is overloaded. An attempt to reach the office did not lead to anything.

The company decides for itself where to redirect the cargo to another PVZ, because the point where I wanted delivery suddenly closed. And the company decided to send it to the other side of the city without informing me, and when I took up the issue, I was offered to drive to the airport at my own expense and pick up the cargo myself. At the points of the mess, customers themselves are asked to find goods indoors, because "you see how much, we don't have time." Customer experience =0
