I have already left comments, which apparently the employees deleted. My parcel arrived at this point on November 10, 2023, then it was supposed to go to another pick-up point. However, since the aforementioned date, my parcel has disappeared at this pick-up point. Employees do not respond to requests from the SDEC, today is December 8, 2023.
I have been working with them for several years already on the delivery of small parcels to different cities of Kazakhstan. They politely answer calls, couriers pick up parcels on time, and there were no complaints about delivery.
