The company does not fulfill its obligations on delivery dates. Paid express delivery, almost double the rate, is performed as a regular delivery. There is no refund for non-quality and non-compliance with the terms of the contract of the services provided. Someone is to blame for the company, but not them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EXPRESS DELIVERY, IT IS SIMPLY NOT AVAILABLE IN THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY. Fiction, deception.
