I ask you to cancel the order, they said to wait for the manager. The manager is calling, he is not aware that the parcels will not be sent within 6 days. He doesn't know exactly what's wrong with this package. Then I found out that I was really still in Almaty. In this regard, I ask you to cancel the order, the customer refused to wait in Bishkek. The manager says you will pay in any case, the question is for what?

It is impossible to get through by phone, as there is an answering machine on any day of the week "you called after business hours". The recipient leaves the country tomorrow and there will be no one to pick up the parcel. Sdec does not solve this issue. I called and wrote through various communication channels for 3 days and they did not help us.
It's a mess!!!
