Working with CDEK is a real torment! Delivery is slow, and the operators are really indifferent. If you call, instead of answering clearly, they will see you off under the pretext of “wait”, “we are not responsible.” Instead of solving your problem, wait for hours and finally don't smoke.
No respect for the client, the responsibility is zero! I've never seen a timely delivery. If you don't want to waste your time, nerves, or even your parcel – stay away from CDEK!

Working with CDEK – this is a terrible nightmare! The operator is absolutely harmless. "The final answer is to ""live”" or ""we have no responsibility""." It is necessary to solve the problem, take time, and in it there is nothing to do.
For clients, the lack of satisfaction, responsibility – zero! I did not see that they had reached the end of the war. If you do not want to get away from time, nerves and parcel, you can get away from CDEK!

The company has not yet paid a small compensation for the delivery, you should consider full compensation
I received a package in the form of a huge box. The manager of the pick-up point is a very nice girl. They helped to disassemble this box and threw a screwdriver.
