They brought 2a sets in a bag and a box and warned that everything needed to be packed!!! They offered to pack it in our box (they wanted to save a little), but the staff refused - they only use SDEK's! We paid for two boxes of SDEK - 65,000 tenge! Everything was ENTRUSTED to the staff, because it was urgently necessary to go, everything was discussed, asked to stick on the packaging-"Glass"! As a result: we received the dishes in our box, the soup tureen and plates were broken, there were no stickers on the packages

Disgusting delivery in Shymkent. It has been a month since the parcel arrived in the city from Astana, they write on the website they gave it to the courier and give the courier's number for communication. I'm calling there, and this person has no idea about any packages. I can't get anything for a month. I don't know about other cities, but in Shymkent it's terrible.
