Daily cleaning, friendly staff, clean room, bed and towels for 4, the room has a hairdryer, kettle, Please note that the location of the air conditioner relative to the bed is incorrect, when you sleep it blows directly on the bed and I managed to get sick after the first night at the hotel, The mattress is hard but it benefits the body.
Coffee, sugar and water were added every day, which is very good.
I also pay attention to the scarcity of breakfast, out of 14 days I was at breakfast three times and then because I was too lazy to go to the next cafe, they bring a choice of icing or an omelet, a couple of mini sausages, some greens, a piece of butter, 2 toast, three slices of watermelon, coffee from a bag is unlimited. It's a new hotel, so it's clean enough. 600 baht was demanded for early check-in. The deposit is 1000 baht, but we agreed on 2000 rubles. They were returned at the check-out. Now about the hotel itself. It is quite far away. but it's quiet at night. Breakfasts are so-so - omelette, fried eggs or a chatterbox. A little bit of greens, 2 sausages, 2 toasts, 2 pieces of ham type. A bag of ketchup and a piece of margarine. From fruits - watermelon. Water, juice, tea, coffee. Nice swimming pool, sauna, gym. They are cleaned every day. There is a stove in the room that does not work). There is no table or chairs. The balcony is small, ropes were stretched and laundry was dried there. The air conditioner blew directly on my bed, so they turned it off at night. Taxis are very expensive for delivery directly to the hotel. Therefore, we asked to take you to the LC President (located around the corner), it turns out to be 2 times cheaper. Before the ferry on a motorbike, they gave 100 baht for two. The closest way to the beach is through the Festival Center. There is a night market opposite it. Overall, we are satisfied with the hotel. 3 stars just for having to pay 600 baht.

I really didn't like the breakfasts. I also did not like the bed linen, which was changed once in 10 days. The balcony has never been cleaned at all. In Pattaya, I had to stay in 2-star hotels where I liked it more.The Wi-Fi in the room did not work, it only worked at the reception. I really liked the pool and the gym. The hotel building is new and quite decent, but it requires cleaning.
