I was finally convinced that incompetent people work there solely for the purpose of revenue, and not providing high-quality services. Buying a box with a certification of ten cm - as a result, they just tried to breed for additional payments. As the script said, "the minimum size of this sketch is 15cm," for a moment - this is a lot for my hand. They offered to reduce the detail already in the process, but they did not explain how and what would happen. It seemed that I just needed to extract information from them. I am silent about the fact that they do not even provide advice there.
As a result, to my clarification: "do they return certificates at all?", I received the answer "Yes, it is possible.
To return the certificates, you need to come to us, bring a box with the contents and two certificates.
If something is missing from the box or it is damaged, then 30 rubles are deducted from the total amount." Naturally, this was not mentioned when buying, but it is strange that the cost of the box is clearly not 30 rubles. After their message, I opened the box and saw: a jar of cola, two chocopays, oreo cookies, hand cream and bath salt with someone's hair. Naturally, they had no desire to hit anything at all.
As a result, it became easier for me to go to a private professional craftsman, and it turned out that it was quite possible to fill my sketch in 10 cm.
Now it seems that inexperienced students are just sitting there, stuffing their hands. I heard a lot of stories about incompetent craftsmen and that even paying extra, people got poor-quality results at the exit. Plus, there is a strange pricing, when the strip for the entire arm is equal in value to the sleeve. I highly recommend it.
